FenceMAX Texas

This gate started to malfunction within one month of it's installation. We repeatedly called FenceMax who were very slow to respond and were always referred to the User's Manual. The company never sent anyone out to fix the problems. During the last conversation with the owner on May 22nd, he became verbally abusive, was yelling over the phone, and eventually hung up on this caller.

My experience with Richard at Fence Max Texas was incredible. He has years of experience in home construction, so I am very confident in his expertise. The thing that seperated Richard from the 6 other contractors that came out to look at the house, was that he understood our vision as well as our budget. Because our home is a starter home, we wanted to do something nice to our back patio without breaking the bank. Richard helped by suggesting that we extend the concrete instead of tearing up the old and pouring all new. He also gave us great advise on the size that we needed. I originally wanted to go with a slightly smaller pourch, but Richard worked with us and showed us the areas to get the most USEFULL space without filling up our smaller back yard. He also had the vision to recomend hiring another company to do a concrete overlay after the project was finished to give the patio the look that we wanted, at the price that we were willing to spend. I have included photos of the project through the various stages. Included is a picture of the final product, and even though Fence Max did not provide the concrete overlay, I think that it is fair to attach it because that was the vision that Richard laid out for us on day one. I would highly recomend Fence Max Texas to anyone.

It was a good experience; it just wasn't the right quote I was looking for at the time. I dealt with one person and he was professional and on time.

We had checked with several companies to receive estimates and choose your company based on the kind and professional services of your company. Abe did a wonderful job of laying out the plans for our fence according to our specifications (there was not a detail missed) and wouldn?t accept the check until he was sure everything was all taken into account, he was so thorough, we could see he cared. The crews that completed the fence were just as professional. And when finished, we didn?t even know they were there as they cleaned it all up and removed everything and our yard looked the same (except of course for the brand-new fence!). We will not hesitate to recommend your company to friends and family. Once again thank you and a special thanks to everyone we worked with inside and outside of the office.
