excellent job

Roof did great but when using their big heavy-duty truck coming down my driveway they ran over part of my lawn tht I had work on day in and day out. Driver did not care and was very careless. The roofers were very responsible in doing the roof they did it well and they did it right and for a low price. they were very cautious abut wht they were doing and how they were doing it. I would like to give this company a big thumbs up for my roof. But a huge thumbs down for my yard. Thanks FAZ ROOFING.

They replace my roof back in 2011, now 6.6 years later the roof has leaked in 2 spots, nails are coming out of the roof, have had to rework all the gutters they took down and put back up during roof replacement. All this is due to POOR WORKMANSHIP and they will not stand behind it, want to charge more money to fix their screw ups. I would not trust them to roof a dog house

They had to remove over 5 layers of roofing. Ruben, the owner of the company, called to see if they schedule me early because they had an opening. He was great throughout the whole process. When they got here, they worked two days straight and finished before I thought they could. The cleanup was awesome. They didn't leave anything in the yard. Everything was perfect.

It went well, they did a good job. They completed the job in a timely manner. They kept the work are fairly clean. Over all a good job.

Over all the job was very well done.

THE WORKERS ARRIVED AND BEGAN THE INSTALLATION ON 06/16/2011 @ APPROXIMATELY 8:00AM. THE WORK BEGAN VERY PROFESSIONALLY. AS THE DAY PROGRESSED THEY BEGAN TO CARRY BUNDLES OF SHINGLES UP ON THE ROOF SETTING THEM DOWN WITH A FORCE THAT CAUSED THE PICTURES AND OTHER MATERIAL ON THE WALL TO SHIFT. ON THEIR BREAK, THEY BROKE CONCRETE BLOCKS THAT I HAD UNDER MY CAR SHED. THEY COMPLETED THE ROOF ON THE HOUSE IN ONE DAY. THE SHED TOOK 3 DAYS TO COMPLETE FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER. I SIT AROUND THE HOUSE WAITING ,CHANGING MY SCHEDULE SO THEY CAN FINISH THE JOB. AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED I NOTICED THE THREE WINDOW SCREENS WAS TORN. I REPORTED THIS TO THE OWNER (RUEBEN FAZ) AND HAVE HEARD FROM HIM AS OF YET. ALSO THEY DID NOT RUN THE MAGNET,BECAUSE PICKED UP SEVERAL NAILS IN MY DRIVEWAY,THE ALLEY AND IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE WHERE THEY WERE PARKED. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM NOR USE THEM AGAIN,EXCEPT TO HONOR THEIR WARRANTY.
