 + -1 moreIt went horrible! I bought a Living Social voucher for 3 sessions of house cleanings. Amanda strung me along until past the expiration date & now, they will not respond at all to my emails or calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with ths company - they will RIP YOU OFF!!! If I could choose ZERO stars, I would!

 + -1 moreI purchased two cleanings via Living Social in February 2013. I tried numerous times to contact them via phone but the voicemail was always full and I could never leave a message. I finally scheduled an appointment to their online scheduling system that was given to me by the Living Social staff. No one showed up for the appointment at the scheduled time. When I called to see if they were coming, the phone had been disconnected. Currently, I am asking for a refund from the Living Social team in which I have purchased before without any problems.
Description of Work: Deep cleaning for my home.

house cleaning
 + -1 moreMade an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance via email with Amanda Martin. She confirmed a cleaning for Dec 31st. They never showed up. Every time I called I received voice mail. I sent an email with no response. As of today, February 19th, I have never received any response from them. I had guest coming that evening, so I had to spend the day cleaning after the holidays as best I could.
Description of Work: Housecleaning service for two hours.
