Everyone from the sales guy to the engineer who measured the windows and the men who installed them were all professional, kind and efficient! They installed my windows in half the time I allotted for and they look amazing! Could not be more pleased with their work or their mannerisms. I would recommend them to anyone! It helps that the product itself is amazing!!!

The crew quit, causing a week delay. They left all the scrap in the back yard costing me $60 to have someone remove it. Not a strong contractor.

Great service and our sales guy was awesome! The windows came in earlier than expected and they replaced all the windows in our entire house (including multiple HUGE bay windows) in 2 business days. It looks amazing and we would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had a problem with one window not latching properly. Windows Expo installer tried to fix the issue but had to call in the window manufacturer to check it out. Both said it would resolved. About a week later they replaced 9 windows because the factory man didn't like the way they latched. I would have been satisfied to have the one fixed. That's customer service! Great job.

Installers arrived an hour earlier than expected which was fine with me. They were very efficient, cleaned up each area inside and outside as soon as each window was installed. Answered any questions I had. Very courteous and respectful of my property. Windows look great.As far as performance of the windows I cannot comment because it's only been a couple weeks since installation.
