Their sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and most all the trash was picked up and they left my home clean. One old window was accidentally left behind, but they came and picked it up when I let them know it was there. There was a broken mechanism on 2 of the windows that were fixed quickly after the initial installation. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the windows and their customer service. Would recommend.

The whole company was very friendly. the installers were helpful and understanding (my wife was at home with our 3-month-old while the installation occurred). The windows look great, the house is quieter, and heats/cools faster. Great upgrade!

The room construction was fast and professional. Our installer, Mike, was very easy to work with and knew his craft well. Our office contact, Darilyn was also vary personable, amiable and helpful.

Didn’t order the right windows for the install. Took another 3-4 weeks to get new ones made. When they came to install the second time, they brought the wrong windows again. Had to go back to shop to pick up the right one. No one from the company had bother to call and apologize for the inconvenience. Poor customer service. After I posted the review, I received a call from Amanda with an apology for the poor service. It was much appreciated and I have revised my rating accordingly. The windows do look great. It was just a series of unfortunate events.

I initially had trouble contacting the sales rep, after I hired Windows Expo. The work crew was friendly, did professional work, cleaned windows after install, protected my floors, and even removed my blinds.

The process was slow so be patient . Getting permits and then inspections of the work done took forever! But I love my screened patio! The installer did an awesome job!

Beautiful windows. Our HOA requires that they have panes and I chose the highest quality finish, which added to the cost, but they are covered by a lifetime warranty in case of separation and/or moisture infiltration and fogging. They did a really good job reframing the windows which was necessary because of the updated style. Everybody was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I have not had them installed yet. Mark came out today and gave a very informative presentation. I liked how he took his time to give the background of the company and to make sure I understood.
