EVA'S MAID SERVICE

I was given a housekeeper name Genesis... She never cleaned what I wanted her to clean like the kitchen cabinets the base boards in the kitchen because the cabinets were white it was not hard to tell she didn't clean them. Because of the language barrier I would put the cleaner and the mop I wanted her to use on the wood floor, the cleaner for the stainless steel appliance with the cloth to clean with (her cleaner of choice was windex and paper towel for everything) together finally when it seem as though she was having problems understanding what I wanted her to do I had a friend write in Spanish what I wanted her to do.....she did it one time the next time she went back to doing the same old things.....I am assuming she may have thought she was just to clean those things that one time. She broken all together about five things two were over $200.00.....she never told me. I would always find it. Because she didn't understand english I would call and talk to her daughter Daisy and she would always say how sorry her mother was for breaking whatever it was I was inquiring about at that particular time. The last straw was she dropped blue cleaner out of the toilet on off white carpet all the way thru the master bedroom..of course she did not tell me. I called her to find out what it was and what happen..the next day I called Stanley Steamer out to clean...my carpet is ruined.....it didn't come out. My personal opinion is that she was in such a hurry to move on to her next cleaning jobs she was sloppy and careless in cleaning my home. I called Eve and talked to her about my experience with Genesis and she told me she was going to talk to her. I have yet to hear back from her.

The staff at this location is very nice. They charged me a finder s fee of $100 and then the price to clean the house is $100 per visit. They also offer nanny services, too. The people that they hired for me do a wonderful job. If I am ever not happy with the cleaning, they will get someone else to do the job for free. Their web site is www.evasmaidservice.com.
