Did an excellent job.

I just wasn't happy with their work. They were not on time and the work, I think especially the drywall repair, it was not very good. The first thing didn't know what they needed to repair. They should have know before starting the work and once they started they should all know they need to do this one and that one. People should make sure they are reputable before they start.

They were awesome. The service was delivered as promised and professional.

They came out and did the job real well and real quick, they even gave me some free stuff too. I would highly recommend them, within probably an hour of messaging them they called me right away and they stayed on top on of me too trying to get me to, they weren't overbearing but they called me a couple of times trying to get me to do some more services that I had talked them about when they were out at my house too I was talking to them about doing some surround sound and they kept on me two times which it wasn't too much but it was nice that they were still offering. Everything was perfect.

Those guys were great. They were perfect. I didn't get them on Angie's List but they're perfect. It was reasonable. The price was fine. I would definitely use them again. They did a great job and they cleaned up.

Very professional and quick

The entire process was great. I first posted on Thumbtack about the project and was promptly messaged by Johan, the company's owner. Johan and I then had a phone conversation where I described the set up, the equipment I had, and what I wanted to be done. Johan was very knowledgeable and was familiar with my recently purchased equipment and how to accomplish what I wanted in the most efficient and cost effective manner. His quote was also very reasonable compared to other companies of similar expertise. On the day of the instal, Brian and Dion from Empire Services came out during the time window given. They called me one hour before they arrived as well. The TV was downstairs and they brought it up themselves. They were both very knowledgeable, patient, and efficient in their work. They knew exactly what to do and did not have to cut any unnecessary sheet rock or drill any more holes than necessary. They explained what they were doing throughout the install, worked with me to get the TV and sound system set up and calibrated to optimal performance, were patient with me when I was having WiFi issues preventing us from moving forward, and gave me some great advice moving forward. Overall I was extremely pleased with price, communication, quality of work, the friendliness of the staff, and the over result. My media room looks great, the sound system sounds great, and the TV is perfectly wall mounted. I 100% recommend them, and will use them again in the future to install a sound system in my living room downstairs.

The team was great! Professional, technical expert and worked to troubleshoot the problem until a cause was found. I was treated well and their pre-service estimate was honored. Will definitely use them again.

I contacted them electronically and got an initial quote. Response was super fast. We talked further and when they walked in, I had a solid quote....all over the phone without them coming out. Installation had a few hiccups due to framing and unplanned wiring found in the walls - no biggie. They addressed it. I was very happy with how everything went - and the value for what I got for what I spent - I'd easily pay it again. I've already recommended them to friends who are considering media rooms. If I ever have work to be done again for any service they offer - I'll be using Empire. Their contact information is already on fast dial!
