+ -1 morePurchased Living Social deal for 4 hours cleaning for $69. I emailed to schedule and was told they are now scheduling for MAY. I was disappointed but accepted the Saturday, May 10, 9:30am slot they offered. As the date approached, I called and emailed to confirm but never received a response. Their voicemail message just says how busy they are and that they will respond to calls and emails...they don't. Today is the day I was to have my appointment, it is now 9:55am. I have called and emailed and gotten no response, nor do I expect to, based on the other reviews I was able to find online. I am going to request a refund from Living Social. Don't waste your money, go with a reputable company.
