He explained what he was doing and why, and gave me a couple of very good suggestions for the future. He did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Emmanuel repaired a ceiling fan, replaced a light switch, installed a bathroom light fixture, and worked on a difficult problem with the roof vents.

Description of Work: Emmanuel has done several jobs for us, and we have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work he provided. He fixed an outdoor faucet that was leaking, he installed a TV on our patio, as well as new patio ceiling lights, and a new fan on our patio. Our garbage disposal leaked and ruined the floor under the sink and in the cabinet next to it. Emmanuel put a new floor under our sink and cabinet. He is always right on time, he takes pride in his work and is a perfectionist ! He makes sure to throughly clean up,when he is finished. We feel his pricing is reasonable. So happy we found Emmanuel, and will continue to use him.

 + -1 moreEmmanuel worked for two days to get all our requested repairs done. Emmanuel is intelligent, professional and pleasantly outgoing. He only needed to be shown a problem once and he would fix it. He was upfront about his rates and time estimates and we had no surprises with his bill or disappointments with his work.
Description of Work: We had a dozen or so nagging and lingering issues that needed repair both inside and outside of the house, including some decking problems, some drywall repair, door hanging, and some tile grouting among the many things we needed done.

He also purchased materials for me that were not included in the approximate cost listed below. I am glad that he regularly goes above and beyond. Will use again.
Description of Work: Installed new rooftop vent cover and steel mesh on other vent covers to prevent squirrel entry. Removed a baby squirrel. Installed façade lighting.

Description of Work: Emmanuel repaired a loose kitchen sink faucet, a loose sink handle, a dryer vent cover, drilled large vent holes into an electronics cabinet, repaired a toilet, and installed a carbon monoxide detector. Oh and he bought some of the parts on his way over.

I had a piece of wood that was missing on our shed in the back from the storms, a loose wooden handle on the stairs, and our toilet that would not stop flushing. Emmanuel came and located the problems right away and proceeded to fix the issues. He works fast and is very professional. Would definitely use him again in the future! My husband was taking a nap while Emmanuel was here and when he woke up, even he was surprised that everything was already fixed!

Description of Work: He installed a new faucet on a very old sink a my office. He answered my calls. He showed up on time. He DID NOT smell of cigarettes (common problem with service help that I have). He was perfectly well-mannered/professional. He did what I needed him to do. Whenever I checked to see "how it was going", he always explained (so I could understand) what he was doing. When he was done, he asked me to come see his work and demonstrated the working of the faucet to be sue I was satisfied.

Being that much of the work was inside the kitchen, he made sure that he used a drop cloth to catch most of the debris; and he clearly takes good care not to damage anything that needs to be removed and replaced later. When he's done, the work itself is clearly professionally accomplished and, to boot, he's diligent about cleaning up.

 + 1 moreElite Handy Man is the only Handy Man I will use in the future. I have already recommend Emmanuel to all of my non handy friends, which is 99% of my crew. I will make sure Emmanuel get's all of the work that my friends can't complete. It was nice to have someone come in and not slow play the clock. He came right in, got to work, and then asked if there was anything else around the house that needed work on. Of course I had some other stuff that I needed help with and Emmanuel jumped right in and got it knocked out. If you are ever in need of a Handy Man don't call those 1800 handy man services call Emmanuel, he will hook you up!!!
