I gave Emmanuel the list of items that I needed done in advanced and he was clear in what on my list he could or couldn't do. He was responsive, prompt, professional and an incredibly hard worker. I highly recommend him.

Arrived on time. Did an excellent job. Called Home Depot to make sure that I had the right sink. He cleaned up and put the old sink in the box where the new sink came out of, cleaned up around the area where he worked. Very professional and courteous. Will recommend and will call him when I need assistance. He told me he would email my receipt for payment and I received it within a couple of hours after he left.

Strange situation and problem, but Emmanuel tackled the job with ease. He thoughtfully analyzed the situation and came up with a solution in record time. The problem was fixed quickly. Spent remainder of hour discussing other work I needed.

I was completely pleased. The work was very professional and neat. This not a big company. This basically one skilled workman, sometimes with an assistant. He was just what we needed.

Good. Emmanuel re-secured the drywall boards and tape. He also repaired the surrounding area, including carefully reapplying popcorn texture to resemble the consistency of the rest of the texture on the ceilings. Once he arrived, he worked nonstop to complete the jobs and was respectful and courteous throughout the process.

Excellent work and very punctual! Emmanuel and his partner worked fast, efficiently, and did superb work. I will hire him again.

Great, I'm going to use him for more projects

Emmanuel van Hulst and his helpers from Elite Handyman services were the best workers I have ever had in my house. He made an initial visit to view all the potential work, and then promptly submitted an estimate which we thought was very fair, given the amount of work to be done. We then arranged a date for the work to be done some weeks into the future, since he's justifiably quite sought after. He appeared to know exactly what he was doing. He used assistants for some of the work, especially the flooring, which was a complicated job. He and his colleagues made sure to clean up as well as they could and warned us about fine dust that would be potentially left after the floor work. With one exception (and that was because the scope of the work on the floor could not be assessed before beginning it), he completed all the work during the estimated time, staying late to make sure it was all done to our satisfaction. Any additional work (for an appropriate fee, of course) was handled within the time frame originally estimated. He and his colleagues went out of their way to make our lives as trouble-free as possible during his week-long time with us. We are VERY satisfied with his professionalism and work ethic; we would happily keep him on retainer to fix minor things we don't have the tools or proficiency to do. He was very quick to say what he could or could not do, so we felt very confident that he was able to accomplish what he said he could do. Specifically, he and his colleagues 1. replace a section of drywall, textured and painted it. 2. Replaced two attic ladders. 3. Sealed tiling on a balcony 4. Repaired and painted two drywall cracks from foundation shift. 5. Recaulked two kitchen sinks. 6. Replaced and resealed/stained wood paneling around a planter. 7. Removed and replaced and repainted wood paneling around an outside door that had been damaged by water leaking in. 8. Resealed the doorways (three) where there was potential for water to re-enter the house. 9. Removed, replaced, stained, resealed several hardwood floorboards that had been damaged by water ingress (not completed at time of writing). 10. Replaced and repainted water-damaged door frames in bathroom. In short, we have nothing but good things to say about his company. We THOROUGHLY recommend him!!

Emmanuel is very detailed, we were extremely pleased with his work. We were most impressed with his texture and blending of our kitchen ceiling. He did such a good job that we didn't have to do the entire ceiling and you can't even tell the drywall was patched. Also, he flipped our garage attic latter with an ensemble of pulleys that was very clever. He's quite handy. We'll work with him again.

Emmanuel was very professional and we are extremely pleased with his work. He was only a little over his initial estimate. We had a few ambiguous/custom requests and he handled it well and we are very happy with the results. It's very tough to blend texture and paint on a ceiling, but after he repaired a few large holes it looks like new. We will definitely ask Emmanuel to help us out again in the future.

Work was completed on time and on budget. Quality was excellent.

He was very prepared and professional at all times. He was very polite and conscientious of keeping his workspace is clean. One of the outdoor lights didn't seem to work properly the next day and so he came back out to my house free of charge to take a look. Embarrassingly, it was just a light switch.

Emmanuel worked about a full day at our house on a list of things we needed to have done. He arrived on time, assessed what we needed to have done, and got to work. He was able to do everything we needed and even resolved some issues that arose along the way. The garage door was unrepairable so be bought a new one I picked out online at Home Depot and installed it. Where one ceiling fan was removed the ceiling was damaged so while he was at Home Depot he was able to purchase a ceiling medallion to cover the issue. All in all I was very please and will definitely call Emmanuel again should any other jobs arise.

The bi-fold door was installed upside down & opened the wrong way. The window was a slider. I wanted it installed to open up & down. I didn't know it wouldn't work that way. He installed it & it is very loose. It needs to be removed & reinstalled.

Very, very well. Emmanuel worked through a difficult door replacement that required re-framing, drywall and the installation of a new, larger door. We had a tight time -frame, requiring same-day service, was completely booked, but he found a slot that allowed him to complete our difficult assignment in a relatively short time, on the afternoon of the same day we contacted him. After surveying the scope of the requested job, Emmanuel allowed us to acquire the materials necessary to accomplish the task, while he worked efficiently through the demolition part of the door replacement. He then cut a new doorway and installed the new door, leaving a completed product that exceeded our expectations.

Emmanel was great. He was professional, prompt, and courteous. He did a great job with all the repairs and he seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He also was very flexible and was willing and able to work around my crazy schedule! I will be using him again for any future needs. I would definitely recommend him.

Outstanding work. Emmanuel showed up on time and completed the work in well under an hour. He was very professional. I should add that he came out the day after I called him, even though it was the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend. His rates are also very reasonable. I cannot recommend him enough.
