the team was extremely helpful and efficient. they brought half of the stuff to another location and made both moves of ALL the stuff in about 2 hours which was amazing. they went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend for others and will use them in the future.

Fabulous! Prompt, courteous, had to lift a huge desk over their heads to make a tight corner from the stairs to the bedroom upstairs after hours of hard moving. The antiques are perfect. They wrap everything so the cloth furniture is clean and the drawers don’t open while moving. Not one trace of them being here on the walls or brand new hardwood floors. Exceptional! This is my third move with Element. I hope I don’t have to move again for a long time but I would highly recommend them to anyone that does. This was about 4000 square feet of heavy furniture and boxes collected for personal and business over 27 years.

I have used Element moving several times and I’ve always been very pleased with the service and the employees. My service representative is Kyle Langford and he is absolutely the best. The team that delivered today was led by Armando. He was totally professional and accommodating with my placement decisions and because I was still in my window of time when they finished, he and his team graciously moved a few other items. Which was a godsend. The entire team was very focused and came right in - completed the work and out in no time. Again I am very, very pleased with the service. Originally I gave this company a high rating, but after several totes and a card table went missing, I contacted them and they said they did not have them. I went online to file a claim, and needed an electronic bill of lading. I have contacted them several times and still do not have it. I guess their customer service ends after they move you

I choose Element moving because of the high ratings on Angies list. This move was Bad: to Worse including but not limited to the following, to wit: 1. Theft of items 2. Did NOT fulfill services that was paid for 3. I’ll preprepared movers 4. Untrained movers 5. Did not clean up leaving their food trash and moving trash 6. Destructive to both homes 7. Selling me used wardrobe boxes for full price. (Wanted new for lice control measures) 8. Throwing my hanging clothes on the floor. 9. Still waiting on management to send a small van to move the items such as Native American art that was paid for but not packed
