Element Moving was hands-down the most professional moving company we have ever used. Irving and his team were extremely efficient with their time and walked us through their game plan from the beginning. The guys were very nice and respectful. Would absolutely recommend them and use again

Our experience with Element Moving & Storage was absolutely top class. Starting with Lisa who came to our house to help us work through the logistics for two separate moves - the first move of belongings from our home to an apartment and a separate second move of the remainder of our belongings to long term storage at their facility. She was very pleasant, efficient and a delight to work with. Once we executed the contract, their utility concierge was in touch with us to help coordinate the new utilities at the apartment. During the two separate moves, their Operations Manager was in touch with us daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had the same 3-person team for the packing, loading and moving for both of the moves across 4 days, so we got to know them pretty well. The team was very hard-working, professional, cordial, clean, efficient and easy to work with. They handled every "special request", concern or question we threw at them. We highly recommend them. We'll be using them again in the future to make our final interstate move from the apartment to our next home.

Move a business from one location to another I have used them a month previous to move from one apartment to another and was impressed with their service that’s why I chose to use them to move my business. Obviously that was a much bigger job required two trucks. But I was very disappointed. One mover appeared to be hung over but they said he was “sick” so we started off early short one person. Two of the guys were very nice and professional, but the last one was Rude and constantly making snippy comments. It was clear he was not enjoying his job so I don’t know why he works there. They also lost the poles that go to my metal shelving so I have a bunch of shelves and cannot put them together.

Jose and his team did a great job. They were very professional and worked quickly to get the job done. I would say read the contract carefully. There were some things they wouldn’t move that I thought were a little odd like paint, alcohol, etc. It was anything they deemed “flammable.” That wasn’t the team’s fault but the company’s for not explaining that a little better.

Amazing ! The manager came and made some estimation . On the day of the moving I did not do anything - just looked on the movers . The movers raped everything , got everything out of the apartment . When I arrived to the new house , the movers put everything in a relevant place . I will use the this company again

The entire process with Element moving was a great experience. Great customer service, someone came out and did an inventory of our household goods. I felt really good about the estimate because the inventory was accurate. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and were very professional (wearing masks). They worked so quickly, they had us loaded up in just a few hours (we had a lot of stuff). Unloading was also quick, and they placed all our furniture to our liking. There were no surprises, very pleasant crew. Eddie was the driver, very courteous and professional young man. We applaud Element moving, they are a great company throughout.

It was amazing! Irving, Darwin & Jesse were absolutely fabulous. I packed up just about everything, but they wrapped up all my boxes and also labeled & wrapped all of my furniture. It was the most smooth packing/move I have ever had after 5 moves in the last 10 years. 10/10 would recommend Element, and definitely request these three men - they were great to work with! The unload from the PODS went great .They were on time and unloaded our PODS quickly and took great care or our furniture. I will be using them again.
