Description of Work: The people in the office and the person who came out to provide the estimate were very good- detailed and professional. The people who did the packing and moving were professional, but I should have kept better track of their time. I feel that they overcharged me because they overstated the hours that they were there. The estimate was based on them doing quite a bit of the packing. However, we were able to do more of the packing ourselves and we still paid the same amount. When I questioned the lead packer/mover, he wouldn't really comment. They should institute a policy in which the packer/mover should input the arrival and departure times which he brings to the customer to initial at each stage so these issues don't occur at the end of the move.

Description of Work: Great service! Move from Ft Worth to Plano. Fit me in on short notice -2 days - Guys arrived on time - did a good job and were careful. Made an additional stop for us to drop off at a different location before main delivery stop. Finished ahead of time and under budget. If you do not pay buy cash there is a 3% additional charge for the CC. They do not accept personal checks.
