Jose and his team were punctual, friendly and hardworking. Even though it rained, they were able to protect my belongings, worked quickly and did a great job.

I have previously used Element Moving & Storage for my residential moving and my business moving. I am in the process of selling my home so I employed Element again to move my furniture from my residence to their storage facility while my new house is being made ready. First, every item was thoroughly wrapped and secured. Then each item was moved expertly and efficiently to 2 waiting trucks. The staff, lead by Eleazer, was courteous and professional. Element's charges are always fair and reasonable. This recent move is another example of why I continue to use and refer Element Moving & Storage. It was an amazing experience!

It went great. They packed everything up on schedule, moved it to the new house, and then helped set up all the furniture. Several pieces would not fit where planned and/or would not fit up the stairs but their crew was very patient and moved heavy furniture around the house until we found spots for them. Eleazar, the manager, was onsite the entire time. He was very professional and helped problem solve as his crew moved furniture and boxes around finding the right fit for each. He also gave me his cell phone number so it was easy to communicate on both the packing day and the transport/move-in day. He must work with the same crew a lot because they moved my friend's home six months before.

Very well! It was a great crew and very patient with changes that happened in the moment. They did a great job and beyond expectation.

Fabulous. Andres and his crew were super friendly, efficient and professional. Those guys get it DONE and do it with a smile! I had a flight that afternoon and they worked every single minute to get that move done before I had to leave for the airport. I was so impressed and will def be calling Element again and asking for Andres!

Jose and his team were excellent. They called ahead so we had an exact time they would arrive. They were courteous and professional and really fast too! All items were carefully packed and loaded and then unloaded and assembled/ reconnected expertly. A great service thank you!

Movers were great. They were fast, professional, on time and efficient. Loved that they came out beforehand to do a walk through to get a better understanding of my move situation. I will definitely use them again for my next move and highly recommend them.

AMAZING!! Best moving company I’ve used ever. And I’ve moved 9 times. Attention to detail was outstanding!!!

We had to move houses which is a huge stressor. On top of it Dallas had a snow storm like never before. You would expect a complete disaster! However, we had the complete opposite experience with Element Moving. They changed our appointments to make sure we could still get our move in before the storm hit its peak. Those workers would stop what they were. doing to help my pregnant self to carry my coffee and a small box I was carrying to my car! I couldn't believe it. I have done moves in the past that were TERRIBLE with other moving companies. This is my second move with Element and I would recommend them ten times over. Worth every cent!!! Not. to mention they delivered these plastic crates (about 75 of them) and it made our packing so easy because we didnt have to build 287468 boxes and dispose of the trash after. Instead when we were done they came and picked them up! Honestly from setting up the initial pick up with Joanne, the estimate with Lee, the actual move the movers, all the way to crate pick up-- it was the best it could of been!!!!

Our movers Eider and Noel were the utmost professional and courteous in handling all of our stuff. They arrived early and was very friendly to work with. They worked fast to keep everything smooth and safe for us. We appreciate the timeliness of their service and staying within the estimate of what we were quoted. The fact that they did all this after historic snow storm we had just shows me what great and professional people they are. Would definitely recommend them to others. If other movers from element are like them. This moving company would be a safe bet to do business with

The company explained everything in detail beforehand, confirmed everything the day before the move and arrived in Arlington on time. They wrapped the antiques furniture in plastic and loaded it quickly. They called before they arrived and unloaded it quickly and professionally. The drivers were courteous and helpful. I was thoroughly pleased with the service. It was slightly more expensive that the other quotes, but the level of service was worth it. Their service is first rate.

Perfect! It’s worth every dime! These people treat your furniture like every piece is worth a million dollars. I have one storage full and we are staying in my rental until we find our forever home. Then we do it again. I will always call on ELEMENT. Kyle is my hero and thought of everything while understanding our budget! They left a few items wrapped in blankets . This all have a cost but I will get it all back when I make my last move.

Excellent. The mover crew of 5 very strong and very careful men worked for 10 hours at full steam, and always with smiles. Eleazer the lead man was polite and responsive to every request, and they handled every challenge patiently and with care. Job well done!
