I think there was something else but it wasn't more than I was told. It was a mutually agreed upon price. It just took them a lot longer than what they thought that it would. I had talked to them ahead of time before I purchased the deal and then they were working on training one of their guys and he wasn't very good. A lot of our boxes got hit, furniture got hit, our big TV doesn't work anymore. We were disappointed than when they are training someone that that person is not taking a lot of care or they are letting him carry stuff out by himself but he wasn't being careful. I talked to them about it too and they said they would have someone follow up with me but they didn't. The crew supervisor did a good job, it wasn't his fault he had to train someone. They had to move us in the rain. It was one of the worst days in March. Their attitudes were really great about it.

Over committed - Under Performed! All was good up to the day of move. Barely arrived in the quoted time. Driver put the wrong city in his GPS. Crew was dysfunctional, argued among themselves, one threatening numerous times to leave the job. The lead gave no direction to the crew and the move took hours longer than it should have. Goods were put in storage. On June 4th, I notified Element that I wanted the goods delivered on July 8th. The actual delivery date was July 14th! Delivery was okay with the exception of boxes looking like someone had jumped on them and several pieces of furniture damaged! The claim process was made laborous by the lack of responsiveness. First claim for damage was emailed on 8/23. On 9/21 after calling to get status, I had to resend the claim. The representative said they couldn't open the attachment on the original submittal. Between 8/23 and 9/21 I was not notified that there was a problem. I only discovered this when I called to get a status on the claim. On 9/27 I resubmitted the claim with the additional information that was requested. After again calling to get status I finally received a claim settlement letter to sign on 10/9. I signed and returned it on 10/12. According to their policies I should have received a check 14 business days after claim receipt which would have been 11/1. I was told the check was mailed on 11/2. The postal date on the envelope was 11/12. I called on 11/12 to get the status of the check and that is the date it was mailed. Each step in this required phone calls or emails to get something to happen. The customer service and follow up is the worst I have ever experienced. I would never use them for a move again!! They advertise as having received the Angie's List Superior Provider Award - 2013. Really?

This was the best moving crew we've ever experienced. I moved 28 times my first 32 years of life, and have moved 7 more times since then...so I have a lot of moving experiences...these guys were amazing. Christoper, a native Nigerian, was the lead guy and was very professional. He had a crew of really friendly, respectful, and hard working men. We were really blessed by all of the men and how incredibly hard working and efficient they were. They were all so very polite and friendly as well. It's nice when a group of men who have to go through that kind of grueling day maintain the attitude that they had all day, even up to the end at 10:00 p.m. We were blown away with Robert's ability to pack and unpack a truck almost single handedly while the other four men were bringing furniture and items out to him. Robert was a freak of nature. Crisencio was incredibly friendly and worked like an ox. Urbing and Luvis were two young men that were strong, hard working, and most of all...they carried manners uncharacteristic of what we generally see in our society today. I could say a whole lot more and it would seem like I am just exaggerating; however, I'm just trying to convey to you that we had some studs that moved our home...nothing like I've ever seen in the moving industry.

Packing was done very thoroughly and completely. Easy to schedule and courteous to work with. Communication and cleanliness. Great job packing and loading.

Nightmare! We had a rep come out week before to confirm items to be moved and quote; including "soft pack" for very lg artwork. 3 friendly guys showed up on move day. No ability or desire to soft pack, banged other furniture around, so we stopped them halfway thru, had them deliver what they had to other address garage and have had to hire other movers. We are lucky we had time to do so.

On time. Responsive to my requests. Efficient. Did not waste time. Courteous Worked together as team .

Chris and his crew did a great job in 104 degree weather (3 movers and one 26 foot truck)-it barely fit. They did slow some as the day wore on-but who can blame them!?! Great job-would definitely use again-but hopefully we will never move again!

David, James and Marco are polite, professional hard workers and positive attitudes.

It went very well. They arrived right on time, and worked diligently and cheerfully, and professionally, handled put furniture carefully, were patient as we decided where to place and offered to move things around. They finished in a time more than 2 hours less than the estimate, saving us money.

Amazing! Old skool (Chris), Freddie A. & Billy are amazing and very careful w/my belongings-They are professional and hardworking. Best movers I've ever used. They are happy and uplifting and made a bad day great. They deserve a raise!
