Element Moving & Storage

I have moved many times over the years and I found Element Moving and Storage to be so much better then the national companies I had used in the past. Our last move was from a large home to another large home and also to storage which they organized so well. Element helped take the stress out of a very stressful time and I can honestly say the move was almost perfect. It did take longer then we had scheduled for because they had to deliver to our warehouse. Not only did they deliver to the warehouse but they organized as well and made it so much easier for me! Another thing they did was pack my items as if I was moving cross country and I was only moving two miles. They took good care of everything and treated it like their own! This move was our second move with them and they also moved my relative from one apartment to another and did a great job there! I truly recommend Element Moving and Storage .

The movers arrived on time the day of the pick up. Like Murphy's Law, when I unhooked the refrigerator water line, the valve broke so we had no water in the house. Folks were understanding and used the pool water for the bathroom. Half way through the packing, a company inspector showed up to check how it was going and see if we were satisfied--which we were. The truck was loaded and headed off. Three days later, the truck arrived in FL and all our belongings were unloaded with care. There were no issues. We fed them pizza and tipped the workers for their help. Good moving experience.

i labeled my personal items and that is a huge mistake with this company , the people working for them used this as a shopping list to steal my stuff - when i complained and called there office my missing articles were worth about 5,000 dollars but since they compensate by the pound they offered me about 16.00 dollars , i recently retired and the items they stole was a collections of family heirlooms from over a 100 years in the meat business covering 3 generations , i still as i write this review am sick to my stomach - i would think that there should be a laws against this moving company , so my suggestion to anyone thinking of using this company to please read this review and DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!

The 2 gentlemen sent out were a delight and made a move we were not looking forward too that much easier.Seeing we had just moved 2 months ago. I would have this company and those 2 fellas help us out again in a heartbeat.In short,they were more then we could have wished for.

Scheduling was easy though I had to call the morning of appt to find out what time the movers were to come. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and the movers came right on time. Overall I was satisfied with their service and would hire them again if we were to move anytime soon.

I am sorry, I guess I did not save my comment's. It has been hectic since I got to my new location. My Father went into hospital and is still there. First I would like to think all the people that was involved with my move. I did not have a, "I have to move by a precise date , so Element Moving worked with me and we all made a decision when was best for me and for them to get me moved. I was blessed that they moved me in three large trucks. That meant our belongings were not shifted from truck to truck. Once on the trucks they were sent to our new location and delivered. The main packing for the trucks was a all Day Job on Thursday, they were delivered to my Ga. address on Sunday morning. That is right, it sounds unbelievable but that was how it went. I will have to say at this point in time I have only found a few things scratched or a piece of glass broken. I still have at least 100 or so boxes to unload that I have not even got to look at. Now for a short explanation of what happen. We were going to use a pack and move your self. After weeks of packing that was not going to happen. I looked up on Angie's list and put in what I needed and they sent me Element Moving. I called, got info from them. My husband and I set down and discussed all the info and all other info on other movers and Element Moving won hands down. From the moment we started discussing every thing with Kyle, pressure was taken off our backs. We continued packing and Lisa came out to get an assessment on the move and what I was doing. She approved of my packing and she sent us an estimate later that day. We approved of the estimate and so we moved forward until she came back and she knew I was running out of steam and needed help. She had three men come for 10 hours and what a difference it made. Then as I wrote before, they came on Thursday and loaded and I received or should I say my husband did on Sunday. They downloaded and left back for Fort Worth. This company did not mess around. They were very hard workers and very kind and polite. They were also good with my belongings. I would like personally to thank Kyle, he was with me on the phone all the way through. Then there was Lisa, she was very good at letting me know what I needed and made suggestions to make the move easier. Allan Mencia, William Berroa, & Pabloa Alvarez were the men Lisa sent to help me pack and they came back ever day until my belongings were on the trucks. They were great. On the day of the move to the trucks they sent Juan Carlos ,David James and Yuniesky Martinez, that made six men on Packing the trucks. Now Luis Rosa-Sanchez, Operation Manager was there on last day and came and check on packing days before to make sure everything went smooth. He made 7 packing the trucks for us that day. He was always there to answer any question and also called after the move was complete. Then there was the three men Neftaili Gonzalez, Bryon Smith and David James who drove the trucks and unloaded them. I know your wondering how things went when we got here, so far have been so pleased. Now I still have a lot of unpacking. Every box they packed and I packed have been in excellent shape. Now since I been here I have not been able to get much done, really the movers were the best thing that has happen to us. Not sure we are going to stay here after all, we might be moving back to Fort Worth after all is said and done. You know sometimes you can make mistakes even with good intentions. Kyle told me he would move me anywhere I wanted when I left Fort Worth. YES, No one will move me except Element Moving and Storage. I hope I did not leave anyone out if I did I am sorry or if I misspelled your name. Please over look any mistakes. I had a wonderful experience with Element Moving and I know my next move will be the same. THANK YOU ELEMENT MOVING.

Excellent. The only breakage was one or two items which we had packed. The crew arrived on time and worked steadily within the time estimated. They were polite and responsive to our desires. They showed up at the destination at the agreed time in spite of wet weather making for difficult driving.

From the fair quote provided by Jazmine, to the 3 Element movers, Chris, Rick and Ronny, and to the follow-up by Louis, the service provided was prompt, courteous and professional. Element gave us a reminder the day before the move, arrived at the specified time, worked a very long day and took extreme care with our possessions. They even dropped off certain goods at our house on the way to their storage facility. The price was very fair considering they made a 6 hour round trip drive and took approximately 5 hours to pack and load and then had to unload in 1 day. Thanks Again, we will surely use their services again.

They did a lot of good preparation, and wrapped everything before they moved it.

It went fantastic. They initial estimate was on short notice, and we were able to schedule the move for the exact day we needed it. The packers showed up on time, packed everything with great speed. When it came time to load, the crew showed up on time, loaded up the truck, and took everything down. They didn't even grumble when most of the books had to go to the second floor! Nothing was damaged, and no dishes broken. The price was great, and the quote was right on target. I highly recommend these guys - friendly, fast, professional. I've moved a lot in my life (18+ times) and this is one of the best movers I have worked with.

Fine. Truck arrived on time, the crew was friendly and worked very hard to wrap everything and load the truck. The move took about 12 hours. They cleaned up their debris when finished loading.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY: SHADY AND UNSCRUPULOUS!! They seemed nice and accommodating BEFORE I purchased the Groupon. Once the sales guy Alan discovered I bought it (because he thought I had no other option but to go with them) his whole demeanor changed. He was short with me and changed what he initially said. Last Monday I called for a scheduled move that weekend and he wanted to tack on added fees although it was the SAME deal that is currently posted on Angie’s List. He told me specifically that trip fees were included but then changed it after I bought the actual deal. I went back and forth with them for a WHOLE WEEK. The office manager called me the DAY BEFORE my move to tell me she stands behind her sales rep and to find another company for my move the next day OR GO WITH THEM SINCE I ALREADY BOUGHT THE GROUPON. HORRIBLE! Why did it take all week to properly address the discrepancy that their sales rep created? They waited so that I would have no other choice but to use them and pay the extra fees. They thought I would lose my money but I contacted Groupon and they refunded me in full after I told them about this company’s shady business practices. I don’t care how many good reviews they have; this company is shady and not reputable. I got my money back the next day and got a better deal with a PROFESSIONAL moving company that SINCERELY wanted to accommodate my move on such a short notice (less than 24 hours) and had consideration for my circumstance. I’m moved and settled. But BEWARE, this company caused more stress and I wasted so much time with them. The sales rep and office manager didn’t even know what deals they had posted on Angie’s list or Groupon and wanted me to email it to them…yet, wanted to pick and choose what to charge when the deals specified what was included. After all of the extra fees, you are paying double what their coupon states. Guess business was slow and they wanted to use my move to make up for it. RUTHLESS! SHADY!! I wouldn’t use them if they were the last movers on earth. No integrity! Sloppy and unethical...

The move was horrible, worst i have had in the 10 years. I have moved through out Texas South Texas to Austin, Austin to Dallas. Broke some antiques (inexperienced mover), refused to move some items, left behind i had to give them away. I have pictures of my broken antique and pictures of what they refused to move. Made promises they could not keep. Would not recommend.

The guys were the best movers I have experienced (I have made four major moves over the past 20 years). The team consisted of three men; Moses (the lead person), Jason and Jimmy They did not bag up my walls like the other mover I have used. I will use the same crew in May 2016!!!
