This company is great! There is a lot of teamwork, and that says alot about a company. They were very professional, but friendly and caring. I changed closing dates multiple times, and they were very accomodating and understanding. I would highly recommend them. Their price was a little higher, but it was well worth it.

My move cropped up unexpectedly, and therefore I was not as organized and prepared as I should have have been. These guys were extremely friendly, flexible and went above and beyond to take care of any problems I had. I even had to split the move into two separate weekends and they accommodated exactly what I needed. When there was more help needed on the second move (because of my underestimation), they called in more manpower and got the job done - - they were professional and courteous every step of the way. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a moving company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Element Movers was responsive from the moment I requested a price quote and answered all my questions about pricing and day of expectations. This was a small space to small space move, though they treated it with an equal amount of care and interest. The two movers on the day of were on-time, courtesy, professional, and placed accurate expectations for timeline. All furniture and items were protected and moved with care. I was able to handle other parts of the move knowing that they were able to get the items onto the truck and to our new home. Move started at 9:30am and completed by around 2:30pm.

I was scheduled for a 12-4pm arrival time to move. I called at 4:30 and was told I had to be moved to the next day because the crew got held up on the job prior. I realize things happen but I wasted a vacation day at work so obviously, I was not happy. Also, they didn't let me know until I called. I didn't think that was very professional. Movers did a great job tho.

My moving experience with Element was stressful and unpleasant. On the moving date, the crew came almost 1 hour late with one less person than quoted. They worked slowly (compared to prior positive moving experiences), took a 1.5 hour lunch break and charged us for it (on top of us buying them dinner because they did not finish moving until 10:30pm), damaged multiple pieces of furniture, and did not finish the job (ellipitical unassembled).

It went very well. They were very friendly, professional and they were so good. They also wrapped everything to make sure there will be no damage or scratch. After using Element Moving & Storage, I couldn't imagine trying to do a move by myself.

I was extremely worried about this very large and delicate furniture being moved without damaging it or the walls and floors around it. They took the job very seriously and everything went wonderful. The guys them self were very professional, dressed well, and showed up on time. I would and have recommended them several times.

I know the owners through my community and they are very good people. They're very thorough and they do the work right.

It was great. They did a phenomenal job. They were very kind to accommodate my time. I've been back and forth in basic training so they even did most of the packing and paid very close attention to detail and care in packing my belongings. I was very pleased.

Having had several positive experiences with Element, I called them without hesitation when I needed the children’s furniture brought to my house. They were very accommodating of my crazy schedule and made it possible for me to receive my furniture when I needed it. They confirmed our scheduled pick up and came on time as expected. The movers were friendly and professional. They wrapped the furniture and made sure to deliver it in great condition. The drop off was just as smooth as the pick up. Once again, we were impressed with Element’s punctuality and professionalism. I am a repeat customer and will definitely call Element again for future moving and storage needs. Element moving did an awesome job for us while moving delicate and heavy home furniture. Their employees are very professional, well mannered and respectful. They showed up exactly on time and did not cause any damage to our belongings. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. My experience with Elements moving was EXCELLENT!! I used them to remove all the furniture in my both living rooms before a big party I had and of course to bring them back the next day. The guys were so nice, gentle with the furniture, didn’t damage the walls and did their best to stay out of the way of any one else who was working at the house at the same time. I especially Appreciated their patience when they came the next morning to return the furniture to its place. I scheduled them first thing in the morning and when they came everyone was sleeping so they went to Starbucks and came back 45 minutes later. Then it took a while to figure out where to put our big carpet and they were super patient and kind. To sum it all up I had the best experience with element moving from start to finish and I can’t wait to use them again. Thank you Lee and Elle You are doing and amazing job!

Excellent! The movers were prompt, professional, careful and the customer service was good!

From the the beginning element put us at ease, we agreed that they would pack for us, take all our belongings to our new home, and even put all our furniture in a place in which we chose. They had all the supplies; boxes, cushions, blankets and movers that were polite and able to lift. Turned out to be a fun day. I went in expecting the worst and instead got blown away by good old fashioned excellent customer service. Thankyou element! Looking forward to our next move!

I can't praise this company enough. Element MIcing is the best moving services we have ever used. They are honest, reliable and hard workers!! The office staff is also very kind and helpful! Their Integrity truly shows in their practices. We have used them several times and we have always been satisfied. Other movers just don't compare. They're simply the best!!!

They were fantastic! They picked up from two separate locations and finally moved us to our new home! The service was great and I would use them again. I definitely recommend this company!

The Good: Overall packaging and pickup experience. Gorge was good in managing the pickup and worked around my schedule. The Bad: Additional charges levied for packing material. This was after they had an onsite assessment done before estimation. $80 for a wooden crate to pack a glass TV stand. $20 for each additional medium boxes beyond their estimate. Also I paid $300+ for full value protection but they never provided the policy information despite repeated reminders/calls/emails. I paid $300 for washer/dryer hookups but the delivery person refused to hook it up saying they are not equipped. Also had a tough time getting a delivery estimate from them. The Ugly: One broken clothes dryer, missing connectors for one shelf (now it is useless) and one medium box lost upon delivery. I have made a claim on these only to be told I have to wait 6 months before they will get back. Also I only get one shot at the claim, so if I miss even one piece of document or info that they expect, I will end up forfeiting the claim without a second chance (as per the claim service provider). In summary: DO NOT purchase full value protection, it is a joke. Also keep extra boxes for packaging ($2 at home depot compared to $20 they will charge for additional packing materials). Call local help for washer/dryer hookup and save money.

I could not be more thankful for Element Moving & Storage. I am a co-founder for a non-profit for Haiti. We are located in the Chicagoland area and happened to be blessed with donors, located in Dallas, TX, who had donations to give us. Element Moving & Storage company was the answer! All 44 boxes of donations were safely packed and delivered by Element. Everyone we worked with over the phone and in person were kind and very professional. I would like to highly recommend their services to anyone who needs a trustworthy, dependable moving company. Many Haitians will be blessed by the items donated that are now in our hands!

They were so professional, so nice, and so careful. They even threw out the old furniture that wasn’t even part of their contract. And they did it so nicely

After calling about 5 moving companies I chose to hire Element moving. The rep that set up my move was very detailed and just seemed happy to asist me. He really made me feel comfortable with this company. The day of my move the guys where great. I was down sizing and being the procrastinator that I am I was still deciding what to move and what to take. The gentlemen were very nice and told me to take my time even when I had them move thw same item 3 times because I couldn't decide, the lead guy was patient. I would definitely recommend this company, they we're awesome. They even took my donations for me!!!

They did an excellent job wrapping my furniture and took care loading the truck. The price was very competitive.
