Working with Elle and Lee and the Element team was a great experience. Aside from being nice people in general, they are easy to work with, very professional and provided a clear understanding of the moving process from start to finish. And of course what we all care about most, is that the move itself went smoothly. I would definitely use Element Moving again for business or residential moves.

Every piece part that was involved in preparing for this event went flawlessly. Element Moving employees and the leadership team are second to none. I used Element to move to a new home they were very punctual, fast and very nice. Another time I used Element during a fundraiser for a non-profit. They were a lot of moving parts, many things had to be moved from many places. Everything was delivered on time and in perfect shape. I plan on using their services again for our future events.

The move went amazing!!! Better than I could have imagined. Element’s men came in like a whirlwind and packed up everything so quickly. They were not very professional and friendly! They were working so hard but always had a smile on their face!! We will definitely use Element Moving again and will refer them to everyone we know!!!

As with any move project there was a lot of back-and-forth communication. They were very patient and accommodating with my changing schedule and needs. The main manager was very helpful and came by the house and did a brief inventory to confirm if the bid was accurate. The crew are moving day were a group of very interesting young men who got the job done. Although one of them was assigned as being the foreman, I had wish the main manager would have stayed throughout the move process. Overall I believe this moving company is new to the Austin area but not new to Dallas. I hope they have an opportunity to see some growth. I am still waiting on a copy of my credit card receipt from the company. I hope their credit card machine works better in the future.

This was the worse move I've ever had and I've done it quite a few times across country. They packed art and it came broken and damaged. They insisted on soft-crating antiques and then lost the hardware to both them both back together. I asked about insurance several times and got the same answer... it was my decision BUT they had very few claims. Do yourself a big favor and look for another company.

Bought Dining Room furniture including LARGE china cabinet off of Craig's List from a lady who was moving across town. Element Moving was doing her move and she suggested we call them to see about having them deliver the china cabinet for us. We were treated with courtesy and professionalism even though it was not a high dollar job. The delivery went off without a hitch and the moving crew was just as delightful as the office staff had been. We would not hesitate to use them on a whole house move. Recommend their services to other Angie's List members.

I used element a few times. They were great each time. The first time was when I was building my new home. They moved everything in and did a perfect job. I’ve referred them to my interior design clients and they always exceeded their expectation. I actually just used them today to pick up items for my new boutique from NJ to bring back to dallas. They were attentive, had great communication and I know my items will arrive in perfect shape.

This company is very good, it's the second time that I've used them. I would recommend them.

They packed our home into storage, pulled out a couch and chair so I can have it reupholstered for my wife. They are good company with good people. I will definitely recommend and continue to use them.
