Installation was somewhat problematic but the technicians overcame the problems and successfully installed the new light fixture.

I called at 8am and Michael was at my door by 3pm the same day. He checked the outlet, checked the breaker box, and replaced the blown outlet. I was working from home, and he was very respectful of my time, as I had to respond to some work issues while he was here. The problem resulted from power spikes caused by the recent heavy storms that went through the area. He made a recommendation that I think about installing a surge arrestor, but he didn't try to sell me one. He simply told me about what he was recommending, gave me the name of a product and suggested I think about it. He was very pleasant, very professional and did his work quickly. I will definitely call on him again should I need electrical services in the future.

Everything went very well. Brian was the electrician that was assigned to me. He showed up on time and was very fast at doing the job. I will use ElectricMan again and will ask for Brian.

I had a one-hour window for my appointment and the technician called 15 minutes after that window to say he was running late; got there about 30 minutes after the scheduled window. The electrician was very friendly and pleasant, definitely seemed to know his stuff. But ultimately he just checked the wires around the compressor, measured the current coming from the box, and then said they were all fine. He made it clear that just about any problem that happens inside the compressor was something that an A/C tech would have to deal with, not an electrician. That was frustrating to me given that, on the phone, I had already told them that the problem was inside the compressor. So at the end of it, I was charged $228 (minus the $59 online coupon = $169) for the tech to come out for about 10 minutes and ultimately tell me that I should have called an A/C technician. I called back in to see if they were willing to knock that price down a bit given the circumstances and that this ultimately could have been handled over the phone when I initially called in, but they weren't willing to budge on price. They were nice enough about it and certainly seem competent, but given this experience I don't think I'll use them again.

They showed up early, checked out our panel and location we wanted the outlet installed, and did the calculations to check that we could add the new circuit to carry the 50A load. Calculations came in working with our existing 200A service and would be able to add it to our existing panel. On day of install they showed up early, ran the line over 100 ft. from the panel to the garage, and were out earlier than estimated. Brought the car home yesterday, plugged it in and everything worked perfect, very happy! They had done work for us earlier in the year and we were very happy with it, glad we used them again! Oh and they are one of Tesla's approved installers.

Excellent. Sean was courteous, professional, and efficient. Diagnosed & repaired the problem in 25 minutes. Pricey, but same day service, so I wasn't bothered by it.

Electrician immediately found the problem in chandelier. Corrected problem. All light working. Broken wire in electrical path for gate. Installed J-box and re-connected power. Gate working again.

Sean was really great. He went over some options for things we could update in the future as he fixed the few things that I needed done. I liked his professionalism and even though it was about 1000 degrees outside, he kept on track and got us back in shape!

Wonderful. When they found out that it was an AC problem they were very responsive and offered an appointment for the next day. I was called 20 minutes before they arrived-i had an appointment time for 9-12 and they arrived at 9:15, found the problem, corrected the problem within 3 hours. My house won't burn down now!

It went great. The burnt out outlet was replaced with a new one and it was determined nothing else had been impacted.

They were going to fix the light in my front entry but because of some problems with the wiring we weren't able to put it in at the time. They had bought bulbs and a fixture for it but we had to put it off. The price also included a fixture for the garage but there was no power to it so we had to put that off. I had squirrels in there and I had to get rid of them so I could get them back to check out the wiring in my attic. They were pretty good, I called them back. I was okay with their pricing. Yes, I would use them again in the future.

Benjamin was great. Very professional and explained what he was doing and the options we had when applicable. I would hire him again. He worked fast and fixed everything on the list with 1 exception. There was one outdoor GFI outlet he needed to return for a month later and we ended up replacing it. Unfortunately the replacement GFI no longer works 2 months later, so there may be an underlying problem. Overall, the price was fair, but a bit high I thought; but that is probably the norm in order to get an electrician these days. I would hire again.

I cannot give high enough praise for a job well done! I purchased a gas cooktop to replace an electric cooktop. The week before it arrived, I had Atlas Plumbing run a new gas line from the meter to the cabinet under the cooktop, and I thought that was the only thing I needed to have done before installation. Four business days before the delivery, I double checked the installation instructions, which stated I needed an outlet under the cooktop. Since my old cooktop was electric, I assumed that there was one, but something made me double check it. I am glad I did, because there was not an outlet. Instead, there was a heavy duty line, encased in steel tubing, with a plug on the end. In other words, the line from the wall plugged in to the existing cooktop instead of a line from the cooktop plugging in to the wall, as I'd assumed. It was late afternoon on Wednesday, June 28. My gas cooktop was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, July 5th - only 3 business days away. I immediately got on Angie's List to search for any electrician who could do the work in time. Based on the reviews, ElectricMan was my first call. Jerri, the receptionist, was one of the most pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever encountered in my thirty years of hiring people to do work in my home. I explained my situation, and begged them to do the work in time. Unfortunately, they were solidly booked and had no appointments available. Undeterred, Jerri made it her mission to find a way to help me. She said that electricians were available for after-hours emergencies. Even though this wasn't technically an emergency, if I was willing to pay the after-hours rate, she said she'd book an after-hours appointment, in order to get the plug installed in time, . Needless to say, I enthusiastically agreed. Before booking the appointment, she transferred me to Nick, their master electrician. I told him what I needed, and he asked me several questions, in order to thoroughly understand what was necessary. Then he took the time to clearly and thoroughly explain, in detail, what was needed and what would be done. Once he was certain I understood, he told me exactly what the job would cost, including tax, and transferred me back to Jerri, who booked the appointment for 5:00 PM on Monday, July 3. I was pleasantly surprised on Monday afternoon, when Sean, my technician, called to say his last appointment cancelled, and he was available earlier. He came right over and within an hour, he completed the job exactly as Nick described. He was friendly and extremely professional. I was impressed when he took the time to double check and test his work. He thoroughly cleaned up before departing. Every single part of my experience with ElectricMan was positive. I need to have 2 ceiling fans, and 2 new electrical outlets installed. I don't have to think twice about who to hire. I called this morning to schedule the work, and Jerri, was just as helpful and pleasant as she was the first time. I am certain that I will use ElectricMan for all of my future electrical needs. If you need an electrician, look no further; they have my highest recommendation.

Fixed in minutes. No problems or concerns. Only possible downside is the cost, but their cost is average for the business. they tried to help me fix it over the phone for free. Really gave me time. That was unexpected and made me more likely to use them when I needed an electrician. I called in the morning and they worked me in that same afternoon. They are overbooked but I had a small job and they were able to work me in. Very kind.
