Everything went well. I would use them again.

After panicking because sparks were coming from an eletrical outlet, I called Nick and told him of my concern and told me he would try to have someone out today. Much to my amazement Terry called me to say he was 40 minutes away. I was so pleased that someone came out of their way to help me. Terry is by far, the best customer service technican I have ever come across. He calmed my fears, explained what had happened and how he was going to fix it. I had so many questions and he was so sweet in answering them all. Being a senior citizen, it was so refreshing to have someone like Terry who is honest and trustworthy. I will definitely use and recommend them to anyone.

Damon arrived on time, explained everything he would be doing, plus the costs involved ,which we very much appreciated.By doing so we had several choices on how to proceed with what we wanted done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting any electrical services done. They were really concerned to do exactly what we required, and we'll be using them later to install the outdoorlights.

I can't say enough about Nick, they just don't make servicemen like him anymore. I was measuring my bathroom with a tape measure and I accidentally touched the metal prongs of a hairdryer that was about halfway plugged in. The outlet sparked bad and turned black and smelled like it burned up--then we noticed none of the outlets in our bathrooms were working. I tried to reset the GFCI switches, but it wouldn't work. After looking at ratings on Angie's List, I decided to give him a call and I am so glad that I did. Nick was so super nice and walked me through how to check the GFCI switches and the circuit breaker. When his first thought didn't fix it, he was so patient and kept walking me through different things until we figured out what had happened. In maybe 10 minutes on the phone, he had fixed the problem and all the outlets were back to working. He saved us at least $130 and his only request for doing it for free, was that I "pay it forward"--what a wonderful man. Thank you Nick, I will happily recommend you to everyone I know.

Terry called 15 minutes out; he was on time; he was personable and professional; he knew what he was doing; and he did it correctly.

Service was great! Nick arrived as scheduled (actually was a little earlier). Completed the work within 30 minutes and offered some suggestions.

I sent the manager a detailed list of work and discussed the job with him. I schedued appointment with a technician in my area. The technician was prompt, knowedgable and courteous. I received a written estimate the next day. I had received two other estimates based on my written list of work. ElectricMan was the only one to come on-site to give me a bid. They were the middle price bid. A supplier problem made them a little late getting started, but they called to let me know. It was a two man crew. They were willing to start in areas that I suggested so that I could do other work around them. They took time to explain things to me and gave me options. They were friendly and courteous and went the extra mile to accomodate some minor last minute requests. We helped with the clean-up, but they did not expect us to do so. The job was finished in one day. I would absolutely use them again and probably will on a future project.

David got to our home exactly when he said he would be here. He was extremely kind and polite and kept me informed the entire time of what he was finding. David even took the time to speak to my husband by phone bringing him into the loop as to what he had found concerning the breaker box and the lights. He was bitten many times by fire ants that were lurking in the junction box where he was working on and never once complained or stopped working. He diagnosed the problem and gave me and assessment of the situation. I would without hesitation use ElectricMan's services again and highly recommend them to our friends and acquaintances.

I felt from the beginning that my job was so small that it was completely a waste of their time. One electrican was sent to install the patio fan while the other gave me an estimate on landscaping lights.I had asked on the phone when I made the appointment if they were aware of the City of Fairview outside lighting requirementd and was assured they had plenty of experience in Fairview. However, the electrician that gave me the outragous bid had absolutely no idea about the city policies. I asked the electrican after he had submitted his bid if he would change the batteries in my smoke alarms. I have 12' ceilings that I cannot reach on my own. I supplied the batteries. It took the electrican approx. 10 min. He charged me $40 just to change the batteries! The estimate for the landscape lighting was so outragous ($2,400) for 3 exterior lights & 1 security light (that I was told to supply!), I immediately realized the Electric Man did not want my business or thought I was stupid. The ceiling fan works okay but I had to learn on my own how to make sure the fan turned completely off after the light was turned off. Electric Man was very cocky. Similiar to others I had found with so-called "great:" reviews on Angie's List. I have cancelled my membership.

The service went great! Terry showed up early and performed the service in about 20 minutes. He was fast, professional and courteous.

I gathered bids from several contractors via phone. The range of bids varied from $2,000 - $4000. Two of the contractors (including Electricman) actually came out to do a final, in person bid. I selected Electricman as they had the best combination of pricing and customer service. We set an appointment one week out (at my request) and they arrived when they said they would.Completed the work that day, cleaned up and left the house in good shape.While on site, i requested they look into a possible addition to the project and they investigated it and told me it was to code as is and not necessary work. Electricman scheduled the city inspection the following day which they came to the house and waited for the inspector to show and green tag. All in all a great experience. Will use them again.

Rick and crew arrived on time and were able to complete all services in 6 1/2 hours.They were very professional and did a great job. Teamwork and enthusiam were evident the whole time.I will definitely use them next time I want electrical work done!

Rick, was polite and punctual. He cleaned up after the work and left the job clean and tidy. Will definitely use again for future work.

I am very happy with all of the work completed. I had four electricians in my house and they worked extremely hard all day trying to knockout everything that I wanted. I am now sitting in my chair enjoying all of the additions that ElectricMan Inc. installed. I have a lot more electric work to do in my house at a later date and ElectricMan Inc. will be the company that I call. They are all extremely professional and they make you feel like you've known them for years. That alone makes you feel a whole lot more comfortable inviting them into your house. Excellent job!!!

We had sent an email to ElectricMan describing our problem (dryer tripping the breaker) on a Sunday. Nick called right back on Monday morning to discuss diagnostic pricing/procedure, and set up a time. We made an appointment for Wednesday at noon, and he was there right on time. He was in and out in less than a half hour. He discovered a stripped wire which had worn out our breaker. He wrapped the wire inside the wall, then replaced the bad breaker, and we were back in business. As usual, we made the decision to contact this company based on Angie's List reviews. Once again, as usual, it turned out very well!

Very pleased. An experienced and skilled Electrician was sent and the problems corrected in less time and at lower cost than I feared. Will definitely hire these guys again. This company is professionally operated and a pleasure to deal with.

What a wonderful experience! I had been putting off calling an electrician based on a couple of dismal past experiences. I called ElectricMan based on careful study of the reviews on Angie's List. We quickly scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they called to say they could be here earlier, and that was fine with me. I explained the work that needed to be done, and they got right to it. Even fixing the mosquito mist system went quite quickly. Both of the workers were cheerful and friendly. They walked through the invoice with me, and cleaned up when they were finished. I could not have wished for a better experience. I will definitely call ElectricMan again, and I highly recommend them.

As indicated above, the project went exceptionally well from start to finish.

Replacing a built-in cooktop and a built in oven, I needed a 40 amp circuit installed going to a range that I purchased. I went on Angie's list and found three different electrical companies and one of them was Nick at ElectricMan. Nick came to the house and did the estimate. He came out the same day we called--on a Saturday. I should probably mention that standing in my kitchen with me while Nick was doing his bid was my father, a 30 year employee for Motorola who started his career with them doing electrical engineering work, and myself. I'm a field sales engineer from a wiring devices company who has a background in Electrical Engineering. Prior to calling Nick, my father and I had come up with what we decided was the best idea for doing this job. So, the pressure was on. Nick's thought process matched our own 100%, and we completely agreed with how he came to the conclusions he did about the job. He went over the entire number that he came up with in detail and explained how much each aspect of the job would cost. After he was done, I signed the estimate on the spot and scheduled him for work today (today being the day I'm writing this review). The work included installing a whole-home surge protector (which I felt was quoted at a reasonable price, and everyone that owns a home should have one) and boring through the brick wall through my garage, running conduit around the exterior house, and boring back through the brick wall in my kitchen, tunneling through my pantry, and then tunneling through my cabinet, back around the range area, and installing a plug and hookups to my range. The estimate came out to just over $1400 dollars for installation of the cable, conduit, and whole-home surge protector. As scheduled, one of his crews came out here and did a very clean job. They were very professional and sharp guys. Their work and materials exceeded the minimum specifications of the job, and they didn't cut any corners. They did an excellent job, and made a point to clean up the job areas afterwards as well. The technicians even plugged the range in and put the range in place after hooking up the outlet. I'd highly recommend them, and if I have any other electrical work that needs to be completed in the future, they will be my first (and only) call. If you're an electrical engineer, electrician or similar, you'll probably get a kick out of talking to Nick. He's a character and has some great stories to share.

We had a very positive experience with ElectricMan when they installed our new panel several years ago ? as evidenced by our very positive Angies List review at that time - so we expected the same great experience with our bathroom and living room remodel this month. We definitely experienced some issues this time, but Nick made sure these issues were taken care of and now we're completely satisfied. We had two primary electricians working on our remodel, one of whom was very good and the other who caused some fairly stressful problems on our job. Despite talking through the project in detail at every step, this second electrician asked us for guidance (for example, "Where should the power for this outlet come from?") that we expected him to know, and he seemed confused throughout the project. We originally posted a lower review on Angie's List, and Nick (the owner) immediately contacted us. He came out to our house, reviewed all our issues in detail, and was completely apologetic and accommodating. He was VERY focused on fixing what went wrong on our job to be sure we were completely satisfied, and he expressed multiple times that he would retrain his employees to be sure our problems didn't recur with any other customers. Despite the issues we encountered this time, we won't hesitate to use ElectricMan in the future.

From the very start, my experience with this company was excellent. Rick came to my house to review the job requirements and give me a bid. He was very professional, had some great ideas, and seemed like he would be very easy to work with. I got 2 other bids from companies I found on Angie's list (one was higher, one lower), but decided to go with Electricman based on my initial positive impression. I'm very glad I did. Rick and his team showed up exactly at 9am on the scheduled workday, as promised. We reviewed the list of work to be performed and made a few changes at my request. I brought up an issue that had not been discussed previously and Rick assured me it was not a problem (i.e., he had a chance to take advantage of my ignorance and sell me something I didn't need, but didn't do it). The guys got right to work and all seemed very knowledgeable. When a few unforeseen issues arose, they immediately brought them to my attention and gave me options on how to resolve them. They did everything I requested and even threw in a couple of extras for free. The breaker panel they installed is top of the line, not one of the cheaper models. Overall, everyone was really great to work with, friendly and very professional. They worked hard to ensure that everything was completed in one day, but I never got the sense they were rushing. I got a lot of work done for a very reasonable price. I met Nick, the company owner, when he came on a different day to meet the city inspector and answer any questions that might arise. From our conversation, I could tell that this is someone who really cares about customer service and going above and beyond the industry norm. Based on my experience, he is doing a good job of instilling this attitude in his team. I highly recommend Electricman and will definitely use them in the future.

Owner was very straight forward and honest. Was told that I could find a better solution with a more specialized new construction company. I definitely keep in mind if I have any other electrical issues.

Terry called right away, inquired whether it was an emergeny prepared to respond right away. I assured him he could schedule it normally. He arrived on time, reviewed my issues, gave me a suggestion on how to save money, wrote up the estimate and upn approval scheduled the work. Terry and crew arrived on time. Reviewed the work again and listened to additional concerns that had arisen since his estimate. While performing their service, they identified a safety issue, and repaired what could have become very dangerous. They not only did what was estimated, but went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again for future work.
