Edward Chavez Remodeling

We met Mr. Chavez for the initial appointment to survey the job and get an estimate for the labor and materials. Edward was friendly and attentive to our ideas and appeared to be very knowledgable. We recieved his estimate when promised and we liked his promptness. We interviewed two othe contractors for the job and the were both late either to the initial appointment or delivering the estimate. Once Mr. Chavez began the the remodel, the job went smoothly even when there were some delays due to materials delivery and time lost due to Glass Company being late installing glass shower surround, Edward was able to continue working doing painting and installing floor tile. When he would leave at days end, he did a great job of cleaning up and stowing tools outside in our garage. He kept us informed of his progress without us having to ask alot of questions and the colors, size and type of tiles he advised us to purchase looked great together. All and all, even though he completed the work a day later than anticipated, (due to delays outside his control)! We are very happy with the results and love our new Master Bath Room!
