Damon arrived on time and quickly identified the two insets invading my home. He explained that the Indian canary moths would die out quickly now that we had removed the birdseed that was the problem. However, in the part of the house that had the largest problem, he fogged and also installed pheromone traps. As for the ants, he explained what type of ants they were and how they were getting in the house. He quickly found the source of the problem and treated it. Oustanding service!!

We would definitely use them again. They went above and beyond.

The technician was extremely informative, telling us step by step what he would do and what to expect over the next two weeks. He sprayed/bombed the house with a three month guarantee that the fleas would be exterminated. So far, so good. I will definitely use this company again for pest extermination.

Dan came out on time and I told him what was going on. He asked for a descriptions of the wasps, and said they were likely mud daubbers. On the back porch, we did see one crawl into the light. Dan quoted me a price for removing the wasps and for dusting the house which was guaranteed for 3 months. He also said I could take care of it myself, since the nests were just mud and could easily be washed out of the light fixture. Just be sure to do it at the coolest part of the day. I decided to take care of the wasps myself, but appreciate Dan's expertise, explanations, and courtesy. I will call Eco-Safe for any pest problems I have in the future.

Called on Wednesday and received quote. Was able to schedule appointment for the next day. Tech arrived 15 minutes early, finished job promptly. Very professional. Within two days our ant problem was completely gone.

This company is environmentally friendly. They took into consideration that there are small children, and pets in the home. They asked about the problems we were having and treated the house accordingly. Punctual, efficient, friendly, and do not waste your time. They listen to the problem, get to work, and explain what they have done. I will be using them 3 or 4 times a year to keep our home pest free.

The technicians and everyone else was fine. It was the ineffectiveness of the treatment that I am not happy with. They told me that the spray would get the roaches, but I am still finding them. I have given them two other chances to come back and the roaches are still here. I am going to find a company who offers stronger pesticides who can provide results.

Technician came out and performed a routine pest inspection and treatment. Prior to treating he explained the chemicals they used which are mostly comprised of various oil's and botanicals, how they worked and what we could expect as well as inquiring about any specific issues we were currently having. He was professional and took the time to make sure we were informed about their services and procedures. He applied treatments to the interior and exterior of the home as well as specific "trouble areas".

The job was done quickly in a professional manner. They explained everything they were going to do and use before starting. Did interior of the house, attic space, and perimeter of house.

Eco-Safe is the second company I have used for pest control since April 2008. The previous company sprayed 3 times in 6 weeks with no improvement. Eco-Safe was able to come out the day after I called; they did a much more comprehensive treatment on my house. I have not seen any sign of spiders or ants since they came. Eco-Safe uses environmentally friendly and effective products. The gentleman who came to my house was considerate and explained what he was doing and why. I am very pleased with Eco-Safe and will use them again.

We had a terrible mosquito problem. Ecosafe practically eliminated it with their natural garlic treatment which is very safe. They always call to remind us of the next treatment & guarantee their work.

Eco-safe serviced our old house, and I liked them so much I rehired them for our new house. They are always on-time, professional and friendly. They were so patient with me when we were remodeling. I had to delay my appointment a few times and each time they would call me back on the day I requested to reschedule my appt. Highly recommended!!!

They did OK, but not sure how affective the treatment was. After the treatment, we were still seeing ant problems.

Great. The bug problem seems to have abated tremendously (I've not seen a single critter since the spraying). We've scheduled regular, recurring treatment with Eco-Safe to keep it this way.

They arrived on time, answered all my questions and began the treatment. Very friendly and helpful. The treatment is guaranteed for 3 months. If I see any critters before then, they'll come back and treat at no charge.

Went quite well. The guy spraying was friendly, quite chatty, and took the time to get my cats comfortable with him. He had some trouble finding our house (he's not the first), and it only took about 30 minutes or so. After a week, things seem to be working well; the stuff didn't bother the cats, and I've seen no spiders since.

The technician Scott was right on time but my phone was off so I wasn't able to let him in the gate when he arrived so we had to reschedule. Fortunately he was able to come back soon and at a convenient time for me. About a month after he came we started getting ants again from an outside nest. He came back and treated the place again for free and we have been ant free since (approx 6 weeks now).

I called for an appointment, and obtained one in less than a week. The technician was there within five minutes of the appointed time. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and efficient. He found no termite activity, so all I owed was for the inspection. It cost exactly what had been quoted over the phone. Excellent experience!

Jose was about 1/2 hour late for our first appointment. He was neat and dressed in a company polo shirt, did a nice job answering my questions. He examined the areas where I knew there was insect activity, then he examined the outside perimeter. He determined we had several kinds of ant activity. He gave me an estimate of the cost and I told him I'd like to schedule. The office called within 1/2 hour after he left. Jose returned the following week (he was on time) and sprayed. The eco-safe product has a pleasant herbal odor compared to other pest control I've used.

In June, 2007, I was looking for a kid/pet friendly way to rid the yard of mosquitoes. I tried their natural garlic spray - the smell is quite overpowering, but I was willing to overlook it if worked. It rained in the following 24 hours after the first application. When I called the office to complain that the mosquitoes were still a big problem, they told me that rain so soon after the application would render it ineffective. They offered to come out and re-apply, which I agreed to. We also, did one follow-up/monthly treatment (slightly less money than first treatment). We did see diminished mosquitoes, but certainly not for a full month. This treatment is safe, yes, but only moderately effective in eliminating mosquitoes, and too expensive (and smelly!) to do more often than once monthly.

Very professional job. Luis Matias, who also does our regular pest control for insects, arrived promptly and brought a colleague to help him. They worked for about 2 1/2 hours and cleaned up appropriately after themselves. So far so good on the results--haven't heard any noises since. I highly recommend Luis for any pest control work--very professional, knowledgeable, nice person.

I called for a appointment, no problem having eco-safe arrive when I wanted. The appointment was for 1:00pm; Eric showed up at 12:45. A little early; however I would rather someone show up earlier than late. Eric was very professional. He answered a few questions my husband had and spoke w/both of us about pest control in general. The experience went very well. Eric called because he was arriving early, which was fine. He was very friendly, professional and thorough, and made sure I knew I could ask him to come back if I saw any more bugs in the near future.
