Eco-Safe Pest Control

Tech showed up right on time, explained what he was going to do, toured the house, asked for specific problems, completed the work. He was great and appeared to enjoy his work. The only problem, if you could call it that, is the price quoted did not include sales taxes. I expect that when someone quotes a price for service it would have been the turn key price/total.

They were very nice but the product was just not effective, it didn’t do anything for us. They came out several times for the work, because we were not happy with the product. They didn’t charge us for each visit which was good and they kept coming out till the service expired. They were very responsive and very punctual. They were great but the Eco thing just didn’t work for us.

The rep came for an estimate, listened to my concerns and issues. We scheduled the treatment. He arrived on time and explained procedure--I left with the dogs for 3 hours and when I returned, I couldn't tell he had fogged, sprayed, etc except for the adhesive houses left for any bugs that might be hiding in my closets, under furniture, etc. He placed the adhesives out of sight and where my dogs wouldn't bother them. There was no odor and everything went well, We have no more company from ants, spiders or any other bugs. They did a great job!

I did not want some sort of contract like you get from the primary pest control companies. I also did not want to have my house "bombed" or the little ecology around my house destroyed by chemicals. That's why I opted for Eco-Safe. There was no need for me to spend the night elsewhere while the chemicals settled; I could feel safe with my son and cat in the house immediately. However, the drawback is that it took a LONG time for the ants to be completely eliminated - over three weeks. It didn't bother me too much, since the ants were not biters, but for the more squeamish, this delay might be more than they can handle.

Excellent! I called on Friday and they were able to fit me in on Saturday. The tech arrived exactly on time!

Dan Falls is probably one of the best service people I have encountered. That's important in pest control at least to me. Dan cares about making sure that my home is pest-free. Starla makes sure I am aware of when the treatments need to take place. The results speak for themselves. After treatments the 'critters' disappear. They use a natural approach so my cats aren't ever in danger. Dan is always friendly and knowledgable. He does his job quickly and efficiently. Someone coming into your home must be trustworthy. Dan is trustworthy. In fact all the eco-safe people have been wonderful. They're not paying me to say this: eco-safe is worth every penny, they're wonderful.

Technician arrived promptly. He inspected all areas of the house, even agreeing to get into our new addition's crawl space, where a recent downpour had left the ground very saturated. (Anyone in North Texas knows what a gooey mess pure clay soil is when wet.) He explained the process of setting bait stations around the perimeter of the house and provided upfront pricing for the installation and the quarterly inspections of the traps.

The only major issue you I had was they canceled my original appointment 30 mins before it was scheduled. They offered no compensation or coupon. I scheduled them two days later. They came out. The gentlemen was nice and did his job. Ants are gone and have had no problems since.

It goes great with Ec-Safe. They've treated for ants, cockroaches, rats. Lately, we noticed a new bug. Damon thought he knew what it was, but instead of treating it on the spot, he took it back to the office to verify the type of insect first, then came back to treat it. This way he did not use an unnecessary spray. All was covered by my quarterly contract. I appreciate that extra effort.

For repeat customers on a quarterly plan, Eco-safe will call to schedule a time that's convenient for you. They have always been prompt and this time was no exception. The whole service takes about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the property and interior. The representative inspected for pest activity and applied a pleasant smelling light spray around baseboards, doors, windows in each room in the house. Note: If necessary, new non-toxic baits are set or replaced during this time in places such as closets or areas that have seen prior activity. Outdoors, termite baits were checked for activity and the perimeter of the house was sprinkled with a non-toxic barrier (looks like tiny seeds) that guard against pest intrusion. The reps pretty much come in, do what they do best, and politely let you know when done. If you have any issues with bugs before your next scheduled service, they will come and fix it at no additional cost since you've paid by the quarter.

They were really nice and explained everything they were going to do. They were very reassuring that they would be able to get the job done. They were very friendly as well. The medicine that they put down was environmentally safe. They explained to me that if my dog got a hold of a rat he would be fine because the level of poison they used was not very harmful. They climbed around the outside of my roof and sealed up holes around the edges. I haven't had any rats for a while now.

Eco-Safe of Dallas did a phenomal job. They were here for hours trying to capture a squirrel. They were working in the heat on a black roof top. He had to come back out again and he did not charge us. I would recommend them without question.

I made an appointment with Eco-Safe. The serviceman came to my home, and had the products needed to treat my house. He used an eco-friendly spray, and left me some to use. After they left I had another problem, they came back a couple weeks later and treated them again. I think they were higher priced than others. They were on time. I would use this company again in the future.

First time the ants got worse but after the second time it seems like its getting better.

Last year, after we purchased our house, I noticed that we had a little "rat highway" along our power line at night. They were getting into the attic by way of some holes in the siding (roof eaves) on the front of the house. Nathan came out to the house about three weeks ago and had originally given me a quote to do an exclusion for the entire house (top to bottom) for about $900, or I could do it myself (per Nathan) for less. He was extremely "no pressure" and very straightforward about what he would do. After a couple of weeks realizing that I can't stand ladders or being on a roof, I called him back. He agreed to repair all areas requiring ladder access (any observed defects larger than the end of a pin on eaves, roof, in attic, high exterior walls, etc) for $500; I'll do everything else. He and Dennis were able to knock it out in a couple of hours (including a rain delay) and left it looking good, sealed up, and clean. The additional $150 was for exterior bait boxes.

Didn't quite wipe out the ants the first time around, so a few weeks later I called them back and they came out the very next day free of charge and took another crack at it.

They did a good job. They were on time, they did what they said they were going to do and they were very courteous. It was easy to get an appointment.

I seen a recommendation on Angie's List and had noticed that this company had used products that were safe for pets and people. However, we had to leave the house for three hours for their treatment of the fleas to properly treat the problem. The technician was very friendly and worked quickly. The price was pretty reasonable. I also appreciated that the technician called to let me know that he was running late. He also did offer a 90-day guarantee. But so far I have see great results and haven't had to call them for any problems.

I have used them for about three years now, and I like them because they call to remind me that the quarter is over and it is time to respray. He same guy has been coming to my house the whole time, which I like. His name is Rick, and he is always courteous and personable. What I like about this set-up is that Rick actually treated this house before we moved in and that gave me peace of mind. He knew the set up of the house and he made me aware of things that I did not know being new to the house. If there are any issues or problems within the 3 month timeframe, they will come back and do a treatment at no cost.

The company rep arrived at our house on schedule. However, it was raining. I pointed this out and asked about how he would treat the outside of the house if it were raining. He agreed that that should be done on a dry day. He offered to return two days later to do the outside. He proceeded to treat the inside of the house. He seemed to be thorough and was respectful of our property.

Appointment setup was quick and easy. I thought I had termites on my front porch, but it turned out they were just ants. They treated the ants immediately, and have not seen them since. Furthermore, they did not try to sell me service or up sell anything; they were ready to depart when I suggested we might look for other problems. After inspecting the house, a small termite infestation in the side of my garage was located, and they had to come back later to treat that. Service was always right on time (or even a bit early), and the price was either what I expected, or less.

I think that the experience was a very positive one. I was very happy with their services. I thought that the price was fair. I haven't had any problems with termites either.

They came and gave us good suggestions on how to control the problem. When they came they were professional and didn't charge me to have the problem inspected. I would highly recommend them.

It's been a couple of months since the extermination and I've seen nothing but dead bugs. I also had him check for ant problems, which he did. He advised that my ant problem was from a neighbor's tree, and I appreciated the information. I chose this company because they use products that are safe for pets.
