The experience went very well. Eric called because he was arriving early, which was fine. He was very friendly, professional and thorough, and made sure I knew I could ask him to come back if I saw any more bugs in the near future.

He calls when he comes out. Very neat. I just can't say enough about Mike. I would recommend them to people. I love eco-safe.

I'm quite happy with their services. They are very professional and quick with no hassle. The infestation of carpenter and was near the gas pipes so it was quite important that they be exterminated. The took care of the problem promptly, but were a little pricey.

The best thing about this company is that they are very green. They do as much of their work with natural non toxic materials, as possible. Their process is great for people with pets or young children or anyone that is environmentally conscious. We have been using these guys for years and have never had any problems with them, at all. This company is always on time and they always come through and do what they say that they will do. The treatments are and have been working great.

I am very happy with Eco Safe. They are respectful of my home and family. They even call to confirm before they arrive. I think that they are a very well run business. I would gladly recommend them to others.

He was good. He was on time and courteous. He did the job right because we have not seen and spiders or bugs since he sprayed. He was friendly and we would use the company again. I remember that when he came he was on time and let us know he was here before he just started spraying outside.

A representative came out to check if we had a carpenter ant problem. After doing a short inspection of our property he told me we had no pest problem and explained why he had reached that conclusion. How did not charge me anything and said to call if we had any reason to in the future!

Damon was scheduled for a 2:00 appointment (unlike the 4 hour window that most companies give) and promptly arrived at 1:55. He was courteous and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about the treatment.

Eco-safe set up my appointment quickly and let me have the 8:00 AM appointment time so I didn't have to take off work. The serviceman showed up right on time and explained everything he was doing. He was personable and made us feel really comfortable. We were happy to know the products used are safe for our cat and we will use this service again in the future.

The first time I had them out we had just moved in and had a small roach problem. When they came back the second time and I was still having a problem he reminded me that they will come out for free between visits, but now I haven't needed to take them up on that.

It was excellent, on time, and really good service.

The company representative arrived on time, was polite, and quietly completed the initial treatment within 30 minutes. Their price was equal to or less than other pest control companies I called. I also liked the fact that they use environmentally safe chemicals. It was a little difficult to get through to someone at their main office phone.

Eco-Safe I would recommend highly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and told me what they were doing as they did the various treatments. Charges were explained clearly. They ran late on the first visit, but called to let me know that, rather than me having to call to track them down. Though initial visit was more than what I paid with other company, service call charges after first visit are much lower, and total annual cost will be less. Plus, treatments are much less toxic.

Rick is the greatest. Very professional and friendly. He's been coming for about a year now. We had terrible ants in our kitchen and bath and they are all gone. Eco safe uses only environmentally sound and safe chemicals that actually smell good. I feel safe having them since we have small children.

MY "CERTIFIED APPLICATOR" (AS ECO-SAFE CALLS THEIR TECHNICIANS) IS RICK MAULDIN. HE IS VERY ACCOMMODATING TO MY SCHEDULE, WHICH IS VERY BUSY. HE IS FRIENDLY, AND HAS MADE SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW BEST TO HANDLE PROBLEMS. EVEN THOUGH I DON'T HAVE PETS OR CHILDREN, I LIKE THE FACT THAT ECO-SAFE TREATMENTS DO NOT HAVE AN ODOR.

THEY WERE FINE. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY DID NOT STAY TOO LONG. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AND SEEMED LIKE THEY REALLY KNEW THEIR BUGS!
