+ -1 moreHe did some work for me and he was good. He did good work. I last used him was in July and I spent about $500. The pipe underneath my sink burst and they replaced it and it was still kind of leaking so they had to clear the whole lines all the way through the house.

+ -1 moreThe whole process was smooth. The customer service, appointment setting, reporting for the job, the clean up, the pricing was excellent.
Description of Work: When I called to make the appointment, Raymond took my call and set the appointment. He came ten minutes early and got right to work. He had already purchased the parts needed for the job. He replaced the water spout in the bathtub. He gave me the receipt for the part and told me what he charged for labor. He was prompt, courteous and professional.

+ -1 moreThe first time they came out the problem wasn't entirely fixed, but when I reported it, the boss came out and fixed it himself. That really impressed me and left me feeling very satisfied with the service; I just felt that the price could have been slightly lower.
Description of Work: I called them to fix up a toilet that was running spontaneously and constantly. The toilet was located in the master bedroom. The company did a great job of fixing it. The whole thing took about twenty minutes.
