Ebony Cleaning Service

VERY WELL. They listened to my requests and specifics, they evaluated the areas needing cleaning and discussed how those areas would be cleaned. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend their service to my family members and friends at church. I am quite satisfied that I chose to go with the Ebony Cleaning Service.

I hired ebony as per a Angie's List promotion. The company started off being very nice but they let me know very quickly that they cannot clean a home that has multiple cats in it. Apparently she is asthmatic. This is totally fine and I understand however she would not refund the money that I paid for the promotion. I absolutely understand that the six-month time frame had passed however the promotion clearly stated that the money could still be applied to Future Services they absolutely refuse to refund my money and, in fact, got belligerent on the phone with me. I am absolutely abhored by my last contact with the second owner. She absolutely started yelling at me and refusing to give me my money or perform any services for the $195 they have taken from me.

They were okay. I was not really impressed with them. There was no problem but they just did not seem to be real professional or on top of stuff.

Ebony Cleaning Service comes when they say they will come and do a tremendous job. The church is old and hard to clean but they make it look its best. They are always professional and dependable. They are also easy to get along with and friendly. I recommend their service highly.

They are very nice lady, and she brought an elderly gentlemen with her. She told me that she didn't bring her inhaler, and she pretty much sat in the car. She was a very nice woman, had it not been the gentlemen. She didn't feel well. She kind of bugged me about it. They weren't very nice. I didn't appreciate it. I didn't demean anyone. I didn't find it terribly satisfactory. I think she wasn't well, and not a good day for her. It was ok, but just ok. It wasn't worth the money, but I wasn't mad at them. I wasn't mad at them. In the situation, the price was ok. I told you what happened, and that is all I can do. I am not able to go through the list. I rather not even respond, than go through it. The woman who contacted me,didn't do any work. She sat in the car, because she didn't bring her inhaler. How can I grade them.

Ebony Cleaning Service has done a terrific job with my house cleaning. They arrive and immediately start work and do not stop until the job is finished. I can rely on them to complete all tasks that are routine as well as provide service for occasional tasks. They are professional and I have no concerns having them in my home while I'm at work. In addition to housecleaning, Gilda assisted with a party that we had and did a great job ensuring all the guests were served and their needs met. I will not hesitate having them assist with any future events.

They were great. Finished in the time planned. They were quick and thorough.

Went very well. I didn't understand that I was to supply garbage bags and gloves. They supplied the labor and blower. I was working with them the whole time to maximize my hour and a half. It was very helpful to have them help. I would use them again.

They were a good team and in the time frame they were here it was a pleasant experience.

They were a pleasure to have in my home. Friendly and did a great job.

They did a nice job and were very professional. I'm planning to use them again to clean baseboards and the rest of the house.

Scheduling was a pain. They were unwilling to come in the morning due to traffic. We finally settled on a Saturday. I requested 10:00 am but they would only agree to between 10 & 11. I left my house at 11:00 and they arrived sometime after that. Even though I gave them the garage code, for some reason they pulled the door off the track before they left. That meant I could not get back into my garage when I returned home. Nothing had been touched, so there was absolutely no organization. But the garage was CLEAN. I would hire again, but at a lower price because all I got was cleaning service.

Gilda and her team did a great job and were a positive, fun group!! Definitely recommend them and will happily use them again!

It was decent overall. There were a few misses, but overall they did a good job working around my clutter and cleaning. The bathroom was the only spot that needed some more work afterwords. They seem very open to suggestions for what specifics you want worked on in your home. Very friendly people.

They did a great job and I am so happy that we hired them. They worked very hard the entire time they were here, were delightful to work with and we would definitely hire them again. They organized things in a very thoughtful way, were careful, thorough and very smart about how they approached the project. And the garage looks great!

I purchased a Big Deal with this provider and they stated that they are going to send three workers instead of two. She stated that it was her prerogative to change the deal. In the fine print of the deal it stated two workers for 4 hours instead of three workers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service! We were contacted ahead of time for them to get a sense of what work was needed and, since the special offer was time based, to prioritize the requested areas of cleaning. Vicki and Gilda (owners) arrived on time and made an initial inspection, then gave instructions to their team which got straight to work and accomplished the requested goals. Work was done in time and was very good.

The ladies are delightful and are hard workers. I plan on having them back!

It went well. Traffic was bad on that rainy morning and they called on route to let me know the delay. They were patient as I am currently training my dogs to greet guests politely and complied with my requests to ignore the animals. They started immediately after that, wasting no time. I have multiple chemical sensitivity and asked to please smell the products they intended to use. They were happy to oblige, and I nixed a few that I wouldn't be able to tolerate and replaced them with my own supplies. They went above their norm and did change my sheets for me, as I have been quite weak lately and needed physical help with that fitted sheet. I am very happy with their work in my home and did inquire about the cost of future cleaning services. I will be calling them again.

They were very good and a pleasure to deal with. Very thorough, Fun , hardworking ladies and a gentleman.

Great! They showed up earlier than expected, did a walk through to make sure all the details were worked out. They then came back, so we could finish a few things up and started working, hard! These 2 ladies are incredible, and building an honest business. They don't cut corners, and want nothing more than to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. We would highly recommend them for cleaning service, or anything else really. They offered up lots of other things to to us as we have a transition in moving like helping pack boxes, odd jobs, etc. They are out to build great relationships, and loyal customers.

The ladies were amazing. So helpful nice. They did a beautiful job. As I said to them, everything is so sparkly! I was so pleased, it made my day! I have to say don't forget your phone number when purchasing deals off Angie's list. It makes it so much easier for the company to reach you. This was the error on my part but I reached out them and insured that everything was good. They were friendly on phone and in person. I look forward to using this company again

They came right on time and quickly got to work. Gilda and Vicki are excellent cleaners - they did an extremely thorough and thoughtful job in a very challenging situation at my mother's house. They listened to what she wanted done and took care of what she asked them to do, and so much more - like considerately sweeping her front steps. They are dependable, punctual, professional, very hard working, efficient and skilled cleaners with very reasonable rates.

Great! with a family of 4, including 2 teenagers, we had accumulated a lot of "stuff". When we moved, we kept dragging it with us. Gilda and Vickey looked at our place with objective eyes. They helped us tackle a bit at a time, sort into piles, and remove the "stuff". They even knew of good places to donate some items. It took us 3 visits, but we can finally move easier now. Once the clutter was out, they cleaned as well. Great job. I never could have motivated the family to do this on our own.
