Description of Work: One of the agents from this office contacted us and visited the property we are trying to sell in Dallas. He made suggestions of items which should be taken care of before listing the property, including a "Pre-listing Inspection". All of the inspector's questions and concerns were addressed, and the property is currently listed for sale through the agency. We are constantly given updates about the advertising and other promotions (i.e. Open Houses) which are being done and the number of potential buyers who have toured the property. We are very satisfied so far with the services performed and the number of showings in this difficult market and weather!

 + -1 moreRay is the ultimate professional. When I first called, I told him which houses I was interested in. He probed to find out what I liked about them, and suggested a few more I might like. He referred me to a mortgage broker to get pre-approved. He did not try to talk me into any houses I didn't like. He was always in touch and easily accessible. Everyone we worked with along the way, from the mortgage broker to the inspector, commented to me how much they like to work with Ray, because he is so good. I agree. When I was getting married and needing a bigger house, we used him again to sell that house and buy our next one. I didn't realize just how good he is until I witnessed the experience a friend of mine had with her realtor. Ray Gonzalez is orders of magnitude better!
Description of Work: I have used Ray Gonzalez twice in buying homes and once in selling. He helped me find the first house I ever bought by myself. He located homes for me, showed them, helped me in negotiating a price, and basically walked me through the whole process step by step. When selling, he told me what needed to be done on the house and sold it lickety-split: one week, as he had someone on the line who was interested before we even had all the repairs done to get it on the market.

 + -1 moreThis company is large but we were so pleased with their services. They competently handled all of our paperwork and gave us free copies of everything. They followed up on leads so quickly and they were always friendly and helpful.
Description of Work: This real estate company helped us find our 2000 square foot home in this area. I can't comment on the percentage they charged us at settlement.
