Billy came to the house to inspect my roof for possible entry points for rodents. While here, he also checked for hail damage since we recently had a hail storm come through. While on the roof, he secured some loose flashing and re-seated a couple of loose nails. I expected the inspection to be free. What I didn't expect was that he refused to charge me for the actual work he did on my roof. Yes, it wasn't much, But he did correct some problems that I would have expected to pay for. Billy is obviously more interested in satisfied customers than he is in making a buck. What a refreshing experience. I WILL call Billy first, last, and only the next time I have roofing concerns.

I know the owner, Billy Dorsey, as a neighbor and active community leader. But I chose his company to replace my roof because of his reputation for honest, excellent work. I was not disappointed. I was so impressed with Billy's thorough and personal approach to the project. His ethical approach to his work and to his entire company was very reassuring to me as a homeowner. Billy handled every aspect of the process from the time I contacted him. His client packet is highly organized and informative, and allowed me to move through the process with confidence and ease. He worked cooperatively and seamlessly with my insurance company representatives. He accommodated me when I asked for a delay in starting the project for medical reasons. Once begun, the job was completed with a rare efficiency and expertise. Several minor unexpected issues were found underneath the existing shingles, and Billy and his team informed me of these and made repairs and upgrades where necessary. Billy visited the site every day, overseeing the job, and taking photos of the work in process. I received an entire portfolio of these pictures in my Completion Packet. They were a powerful visual testament to the hard labor and care that goes into a roof replacement, and an obvious incentive for the workers to produce top-quality work.
