+ -1 moreterrible, the tech stole my 311 receiver when he left I called the office of the president and they refuse to return an item that I paid for out of my pocket, it did not nor had it ever belonged to them. I will most likely file a theft against dish for removing that item from my home.
Description of Work: replaced my 311 receiver I was told it would be free and I originally purchased the 311 receiver and it belonged to me not dish
