+ -1 moreDiamond and Gold Exchange on Jupiter Rd has a small entry area, but the seller then enters a separate small room for privacy in which they appraise items as the seller looks on. The representative was professional, informative and pleasant, carefully handling the jewelry (some of it delicate antiques). I had only a few pieces, but he treated me very courteously. He told me what he could offer for each item, then he returned them to me. The offer was much better than one I received elsewhere, so after a short while and a phone call I returned, sold the items to him, and received the agreed amount in cash, with a receipt. It was a pleasure doing business there.
Description of Work: I wanted to sell some gold jewelry.

Description of Work: My husband and I took some old jewelry that I had to find out what it was worth. When we arrived a young man took us into a small room and began looking at the jewelry. He then started to test it to determine if it was 14k gold. As he did this he explained the whole process and was very nice and professional. After he tested it all he weighed it then told us how much he would give us. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount we were offered. I would definately recommend them to everyone I know.
