took them more than a few weeks to get back to me. They did the work ( I think) while I was a work but never got a call after word to tell me it was done, so because I can't get to the gutters at the top of my 2 story house, I can only assume they did.

I called them the next day and they told me Angie's List should have contacted me to let me know the big deal is on hold.

They did a great job and will use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! In late November 2012, I responded to their add on Angies list to clean the gutters on my large two story white stucco home. I spoke with the lady and discussed with her exactly what was needed and confirmed they had the proper equipment. She assured me that they had at leat 30 foot ladders with "stabilizers" (arm at the top that stop the ladder from sliding sideways). There was a major multi-day rainfall forecast, and they agreed to come a couple days before that, which, as they knew, was important so the gutters would not overflow and stain the stucco. The day of the service, they called and were "running late." I told the lady that I would meet them at the new agreed time, and reminded her that UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES did I want them to try to climb over the wrought iron electric gate to gain access to back yard (which can easily damage the swinging gate). I arrrived to meet them at the agreed new time, and they were already there on the roof. They had one very short, very old and cheap looking ladder IN THE BACKYARD, and had climbed up to the roof by getting first on a lower level roof. I immediately asked how they got into backyard, and the "Owner": told me that he had "forced open" the gate. I was of course shocked, and the gate has not worked right since. I also immediatley noticed their lack of proper equipment. The "owner" told me that he had spoken with his wife and acknowledged my instructions, but said he "had what he needed." His "helper" was a yard guy he had hired to help him, and this helper was laying on the edge of a high two story house cleaning the gutters. I expressed my concern over the gate problem and the lack of proper safety equipment, and they first said they had better ladders and would go get them. That quickly changed to they "would come back" the next day. I indicated how important it was for me to get this finished, and the "owner" repeatedly assured me they would return and finish the job the next day BEFORE the big rainfall. I stayed home to meet them the next day, and of course, about the time they were supposed to arrive, the woman called me and said they "had gotten hung up on another job and would have to reschedule my appointment until the next week." I indicated how urgent it was to me to get the gutters cleaned due to the coming rain, to no avail. It was my impression that these people never had any intention of returning as promised, and I suspect it was because they did not really have proper equipment as they had claimed (if so, I think they would have brought it the first visit since I had told them what would be needed for the house). BE FOREWARNED -- everything these people told me turned out to be untrue. They look a a good deal on the price, but this is a case where you get what you pay for. They are not trustworthy, and from what I saw, not professionsal or competent, and they damaged my gate, wasted a bunch of my time, and left my gutters full during a two day rainstorm during which the gutters overflowed and stained my white stucco. house. I wouldn't trust these people to do anything -- they CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

Lined up appointment for service. They called the morning of appointment (some 3 hours after scheduled show time) to advise they would not be coming over from Dallas because it was raining. It was not raining in Fort Worth. Rescheduled. Again, did not show at the appointed time. Finally cancelled.

It was good. I was referred from a mommy group of mine and a representative answered and explained everything to me and they were so detailed with the window cleaning and made sure I was happy before leaving! Thank you guys- you were really great!

They arrived on time. They took time cleaning making sure each window was clean and answered any questions I had. I will definetly use them again. The staff was friendly too. Thank You, RG
