Came out and fixed our fridge same day super friendly 10/10

A little expensive but worth the money with a Service Man that was on time and very efficient.

John came and was very professional and honest with what need to be done to repair my dryer. I had I’m look at all of my other appliances just to make sure they were working okay!

John from Day and Night Appliances was able determined what the problem was immediately after looking at our refrigerator. He fixed the fan temporarily until the new part came in. It took less than a week to complete the job and the total cost was reasonable. John was friendly, professional and worked in integrity and excellence. I would highly recommend Day and Night Appliances if you are in need of any appliance repairs.

I called Day & Night to look at a water leak at the back of my fridge John came out the next morning and quickly identified the problem with the water line valve He ordered the part and came out the next and fixed it He was very thorough and explained everything really well as he diagnosed and repaired the problem John was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and charged a fair and reasonable price John has fixed our dishwasher, garbage disposal and another fridge in the past I will definitely call Day & Night whenever I have an appliance problem in the future!

Paid to have dryer diagnosed, repair guy left dryer fully disassembled all over my pantry and said they had to order the part. Paid in full and they have not followed up, nor answer the phone, nor return voicemail. Left me going to coin laundry for month trusting they would finish the job. Waste of time and money. Avoid!!!

The job went perfect as always. I've used this family owned company for well over 10 years. the owner and / or one of his sons comes out on all calls. they have serviced my cooktop, washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc over the years. they are ALWAYS prompt, professional, courteous, and above all ekse HONEST! repairs are done the same day in most cases. of my cost to repair is exorbitant h*** tell me before we start. he recommended a specific brand on my next purchase of a washer. i took his advise and haven't seen him in years. :) today was work on a refrigerator in a new home. 2hrs of work, very reasonable priced. i just can't say enough about this company. as a mom, honesty and reliability are paramount. a 2 hr appointnent window is scheduled and they always arrive on time!!!!

Still, I scheduled him to come out as we had been without a fridge for 2 weeks. He said that he would be there on Wednesday afternoon. Even though I worked, I made arrangements to have a relative at my home all afternoon waiting for him. When he did not show by 4:30, I called the office, and the lady said she would call him and call me back. Noone called me back, so I called an hour later. The original repairman answered the phone and said he would pick up the part tomorrow and might be out sometime tomorrow. When I asked when so that I could again make arrangements for a relative to be at my home (I work) he got angry and said he could not tell me an approximate time and would simply call when he was ready. When I expressed my frustration that I had made arrangements today and no one called me he was very disrespectful and said that I did not answer my phone the minute he called, and he expects someone to answer the phone the moment he calls and not to call back in 15 minutes. I explained that I worked and saw patients that I could not simply leave the moment he called. He became more belligerent and said that " if we were just going to argue, I could just find someone else to fix my fridge." I would not be comfortable doing business with someone so unreliable and disrespectful.

Company send his assistant initially he was not expert in his work owner knows about the job he did ok.

It went very well. He found problems and the diode that went out. He was great. We will use him again.

This father and son company are excellent. They will come to your house at any time, seven days a week, if need be. They are honest, thoughtful, punctual and resourceful.

Replaced heating element, thermostats An electrician of my choice confirmed and fixed the electrical problem). Rather than selling me a new timer, the repairmen explained why replacing the timer would not be cost effective. He then gave me a work around that allows us to still use the dryer, We had used this service provider before with good results

They've worked on my refrigerator and ice maker. I really like their service men. If I call them about my ice maker, they are willing to look at anything else I have issues with. They also come very quickly.

The second time I was't very happy. He seemed uninterested in being there, presumably due to illness. They came through and checked various appliances in my home.

I had a 10+ year old electric stovetop with a down draft vent. The motor died. The cost to buy and install a new one was $1000-1200. I called Day and Night for a repair cost. The repairman arrived the day I called, looked at my unit and said he had an identical new unit and would replace my old one and install it for 344.00. The next day it was installed while I was away. I have done a lot of work with Day and Night over the years. They educate me on how to take care of my appliances, mimimizing my repair/replacement costs. He is honest and extremely trustworthy. I have already recommended them to friends. And since I joined Angie's List, I am highly recommending them now.

The company responded promptly; diagnosed the problems with the appliances. They ordered the parts and returned two days later to install the parts. They were neat in their work; however, the refrigerator did not cool within 24 hours, as I was told. The top drawer of the dishwasher did not roll as well as prior the the repair work. Called the company back to notify them of the problems and they responded ASAP. They repaired their solder work and the refrigerator is working well. Did not acknowledge that the top drawer of the dishwasher needed adjusting -- in fact argued that there was anything wrong.

I anticipated that we might have to buy a new dryer, but they came out within a couple of days, diagnosed the problem correctly, and repaired it. They had the parts on their truck even though they didn't know in advance what brand of dryer we had. Very polite, very professional repairmen, and they cleaned up after themselves. Reasonable price. They replaced the heating element and the bearings.

The serviceman was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. When he gave me the bill it was not itemized as to what he did. I am not happy with this company at all.

He had the needed parts on the truck and was able to replace them after defrosting the unit. This was a messy process, but he did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. The technician, Willie, was pleasant and professional.

Our refrigerator/freezer stopped working on a Saturday night. By Sunday, it was 50 degrees inside. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer was available on Sunday. On Monday morning, the manufacturer told us they could not come until the next day. The seller told us they could not come until the following Monday (1 week away). We had already thrown out the contents of the freezer and the refrigerator. We found Day and Night Appliance Service in the phone book. A repairman was at our house within one hour. He assessed the problem and told us how much it would cost. Then he replaced the starter kit for the compressor (which was on his truck). All of this was done in less than one hour. The repairman was polite and professional, and he worked very fast. By nighttime, we had ice in the ice maker. We will use Day and Night Appliance Repair in the future.

We have used this company in the past and they are pretty good. They gave me a window of 4 hours and I had to call after the 4th hour to see when they would arrive. They apologized and got the technition over there pretty quicky after that. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a cost. They had the part on their truck so they were able to fix it right away. They cleaned up after themselves even taking time to clean up some of the mess from defrosted foods.
