As always the job went well. I have used Daryl many, many times for electrical issues around my house. It is always a good experience. I would never use anyone else. Daryl arrived on time and got right to work. Daryl always explains what he is doing and since he is a Master Electrician he knows how to properly fix electrical issues. The ceiling light in the bathroom looks great and Daryl did a super job installing the outside fan (even in about 35 degree weather). He ran down the problem with the socket in just a few minutes and that was fixed. He also helped me get down an overhead glass globe (to an entranceway light) so I could was the glass globe and then he installed it again. Daryl is very professional, trustworthy and very knowledgable about electrical issues. Daryl purchased the special overhead light in the bathroom for me since he knew exactly what would be needed. I simply sent a picture of the old overhead light to Daryl and he purchased and installed the new light for me. All my experiences with Daryl providing work around my house have been very positive. I highly recommend this electrician if you want things done right.

Our new home is a fixer-upper. A 1968 model, the home has aluminum wiring and multiple homeowner installed electrical additions. The entire electrical system of the home was a major concern for convenience, appearance, code compliance and safety. We hired Mr. Howard on the recommendation of a friend and were very pleased with the results. All of the non-compliant issues found on our pre-purchase home inspection were corrected, as were several other issues Mr. Howard discovered during his work. While they were at the house, we had them take care of everything electrical on the home to ensure it was done properly: new recessed lighting, new switches & dimmers, new outlets, rerouted switches, etc. We now have a home with beautiful lighting, intelligent, logical and safe switches and dimmers that improve the functionality of the home as well as the aesthetics. We are very glad we hired Daryl and Justin to do the electrical work on our home it looks fantastic and is certainly much safer. We would definitely recommend them and will be hiring them again when it is time to do more electrical work with upcoming projects.

I had several items that needed repair/replacement. I called Daryl and made an appointment. He arrived on time, looked everything over, explained what needed to be done, went to Lowe's and got the necessary items, came back and got to work. He replaced two of the under cabinet lights that had stopped working in my kitchen and the security light over my driveway that I broke trying to repair myself a few years ago! It's so nice to have that security light back! I have one other project that he's working on and I feel very comfortable that he's the man for the job. Very satisfied. The cost listed above includes the fixtures/supplies for the job, not just service.

As always, the job went very well. I have used Daryl Howard many times and he is the only electrician in the Metroplex that I will use. He is very professional and he does a first rate job. At the initial visit, Daryl explains thoroughly what he will do and the approximate cost/time to complete the job. Next, Daryl schedules the appointment. Daryl is very punctual, but if he is going be a few minutes late he will call and let you know. Daryl cleans up the work space when he is finished. Daryl is very knowledgeable about the latest lightbulbs and has helped us find the best lightbulbs for different areas of our house. Daryl is also very agreeable to do research to find out about various lightbulbs that are currently on the market. Daryl is always willing to share his knowledge. Today, Daryl was a few minutes late and he called to let me know. When he arrived he got right to work changing the bathroom ceiling fans and then cleaned up the dust. Next, Daryl went outside and worked on all the outside lights. When he was finished, Daryl walked me through the work to show me what he had done and explained to me how to change the outside lightbulbs.

I was very pleased with the electrician services provided by Daryl Howard. Daryl came out to my house promptly and followed up soon after with a bid that was reasonable in price. The two workers he sent to do the work, Justin and Jason, were very polite, professional, and pleasant to have working in my home. I will definitely call this provider again when I'm in need of an electrician.

Darryl did not perform a repair or installation, but I can tell you he knows his stuff. He is the guy in Dallas who actually trains and certifies people to become a master electrician. He found areas in the home tha needed immediate attention, but was also honest about what was imperative and what could wait. He is personable and professional and I would recommend home to anyone.

Original contact was with the owner. He was unavailable due to having to go to an IRS hearing. He sent his son-in-law who came with a helper to install a microwave oven/exhaust over the stove. It took about 4 hours and cost approximately $450, which was about the same as the deluxe microwave oven. I had some other electrical items I wanted to have fixed or at least looked into. However, this was such a dreadful experience, I simply asked them to have his father-in-law to contact me. I have never heard back from the firm. Is there anything stronger than "Not recommended", such as "Warning--Stay Away"? It took me this long to write to Angies List, as I do not want to cause trouble for businesses. I cannot remember the service or lack of service date, it was sometime in 2014, so I faked in a date in order to get your goofy Review Form to accept my information. By the way, your evaluation sheet is not user friendly. Please do not contact me any more.

He was prompt and thorough. The work turned out very well and we had no problems.

This is the second time we have called them out for different work and both times they were incredibly professional. Justin and Jason did the work again, and they did everything in two hours, with a stop to get supplies in there as well. They ended up looking at our ceiling fans to figure out the issues with them, and we ended up having them install a receiver in one and put the other off the dimmer switch that was messing with the remote capabilities. They also installed an electrical outlet in the attic and cleared up some of the wiring issues that were involved with a switch in our bedroom. They very quickly installed our Nest thermostat, ensuring they had experience with them, which they obviously did when installing it. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and have relieved the frustration we were having with our fans and outlets. Overall I was very pleased with their service and will certainly go back to them when we need and electrician or someone needs a referral.

Justin and Jason came to the house right on time. They were polite and thoroughly discussed what work I wanted done. I threw a last minute curveball running the HDMI cables and installing a clock outlet instead of a regular outlet, and they took in stride. They didn't have the clock outlet, so they went to Home Depot and got the outlet and charged me cost, which was a pleasant surprise. They were careful to make sure they weren't hitting any important cables, ducts or pipes before starting. They worked quickly, in and out in right around two hours. I was very impressed that afterward they cleaned up thoroughly with their own vacuum, even cleaning up the insulation they left behind from getting in the attic in the other room. They tested their work fully and made sure everything was working correctly. All in all two hours of work and supplies ran me just over $300, which I felt was incredibly reasonable considering the scope of work. If I ever need electrical work again, I will call them first.

He's very professional. He does quality work. He's customer focused.

Daryl is a true master. He is extremely knowledgable and patient in answering any technical questions I had. I bought an old house with crummy aluminum wiring and outlets, and Daryl single handedly made everything safe to use. He ended up working on my house entirely by himself (his 2 assistants were tied up on another projecct) and I trust his work completely. I really appreciate the time he took to explain how everything works. The depth of his electrical knowledge is unmatched. No hard sells or pressure to perform work you don't need... Just quality job at reasonable price. Thank you Daryl. I will be calling on you again!

He charged $995. His son-in-law did the actual work and he was really knowledgeable. I trusted him a lot and he did a great job.

Daryl Howard - Master Electrician, Inc. was one of three electricians that provided quotes to replace the electrical panel in my townhouse, as well as, install five new lighting fixtures, and ceiling fan. We were able to quickly schedule a time for him to come by assess the project and within 48 hours I had a quote. Happily, the quote included the cost and headache of getting a permit to do the work. Although Daryl did not do the work himself, he sent two polite, organized electricians to do the job a week later. Daryl checked in with me that morning to let me know their names, projected arrival time, and to verify that I had his mobile number in case there were questions or concerns during the install. As might be expected with a townhouse constructed 1980s construction, there were a few blips but the electricians kept me informed .Started work at 9::45 AM and completed the work and cleaned up the work area by 3:30 PM. Very pleased with the result.

Justin and Jason worked as a team to quickly and efficiently complete the new installations. They are friendly and courteous and leave the work area clean and tidy. Their knowledge and skill inspire confidence in the completed job. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Jason and Justin arrived exactly when they said they would and quickly replaced the pot lights. Shortly before they arrived a lamp had malfunctioned and I asked it they would check it out as I wanted to make sure it was safe to use. They took the top apart and made some minor rewiring repairs and it was good as new. I also asked them to check out replacing my pole solar light as it was not working. I had purchased a replacement fixture weeks before, but was unable to do the work myself. They did the replacement and it was working perfectly last evening. I was impressed with the assurance with which they worked and also the courtesy and friendly manner they showed. The price charged for all the work was over a $100 cheaper than that quoted by another company. I will definitely call this company for any electrical needs that I have in the future.

This was just great service on a small but difficult job. I had called serveral other folks and they just did not resond after they found out the job was small. Communication was great and all work performed as promised at the times set up. You cannot go wrong by calling this company.

My main objective was to have the electrical to be safe. He gave me a good run down of the work that needed to be done and we discussed what could be done beyond that if desired. He and his crew got the work done when he estimated it would be done and for a fair and reasonable price. I am very happy with the value of my purchase and will be using him again in the near future. He wasn't as "responsive" as I would expect from a professional in terms of keeping a client up to date on the progress, but it is an easy thing for me to dismiss. He seems to be very knowledgeable and sincere.

It went very well. We have used Daryl Howard in the past and we have always been super pleased with his work, his knowledge and his helpfulness. Daryl did all the research for us with regard to replacing our overhead kitchen lights. Our 4' florescent lights were replaced with 4' LED lights. The 3' florescent light bulbs could not be replaced with LED's because no one makes a 3' LED bulb yet. Again, Daryl did quite a bit of research to try and find the 3' LED bulbs. We ended up using 3' florescent bulbs, but Daryl again did research in matching the color of the fluorescents and LED bulbs.

I?m very happy with Daryl?s service and will use him again. I had a GFCI outlet quit working. I also wanted an old security system disabled and removed. Daryl worked me into his schedule on my preferred day (I had the day off from work); he worked fast and efficiently.

Justin and Jason showed up right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. They even went above and beyond adding a ground fault outside on the patio, in the rain. There were several other wall plugs that were old and they replaced those, all with a great attitude. Next time I need a Master Electrician, I am going to call Daryl Howard.
