DANIEL'S LANDSCAPING & MOWING

He was good until he stopped coming. He just stopped showing up. He did a good job but nothing extraordinary.

Appointment was made and confirmed via contact phone number provided by Angie's List. The appointment time came and went, and after 30 mins., I called the service again...no answer. Called a second time 10 min later and once again, no answer; and a message was left. After an additional 10 min, the service was called yet again, and this time the call was answered, as I could here the female breathing and making noise on the other end, however, she did not respond and hung up. Immediately tried to call right back, but the phone went straight to voicemail, and a message was left to let the company know that the appointment was canceled and the crew was to not come to my home. The service did finally return my call over 1 hour and 20 mins. later, and their response was less than professional or customer centered. The female employee stated "she had no idea" where the crew was, and when asked if they had any initial intention of coming out to fulfill the appointment this morning, or did something happen to prevent them from fulfilling the appointment , she stated "I don't know, I don't know where he is". So, If you are looking to make an appointment, not have the appointment fulfilled, and get a side of "who really cares", then this would be the company for you. If you are looking for professional service completed in a timely manner...search elsewhere! Truly unprofessional and a surprise that this company was listed on Angie's List.

Daniel and his crew showed up on time, Did a great job, and went above and beyond to clean up everything. Daniel provided a quote, performed the service accordingly, and did an exceptional job on the lawn. I am a perfectionist who normally does the lawn myself, but I definitely plan to use Daniel many times to come.
