Ramiro is fantastic!

I had Ramiro change out the hard drive of my laptop, which went smoothly. I also had an external drive that I needed to recover data from. After a month and a couple of reminders, Ramiro said he was not able to recover any data. Fine - I needed my drive back so I could have someone else try. It has now been more than 3 months of multiple follow-ups by email, text, voicemail; the guy has completely stopped responding and hasn't returned my drive.

It was excellent. He set up my NAS from scratch and I have been very pleased. I have hundreds of movies and pictures at my fingertips. Easy to use. And very important for me, was that he was always 1 text away. If I had an issue I could text him and he would lead me In the right direction. He also did some work for my company managing my social media. He managed my webpage, Facebook page and Instagram. Prices, hours and events were constantly changing and he kept the sites up to date at all times. He did some great graphic work. He also did a lot of analytics with my website and foot traffic, giving me ideas on how to improve my foot traffic. He is very easy to work with, and goes the extra mile. I still use him today. I highly recommend.
