Description of Work: My first interaction with DallTex was in May 2019 where Hector and his team replaced my upstairs and downstairs units for a fair price and without issue. My second interaction was in June 2023 where ants had shorted the upstairs unit, Hector quickly troubleshot, repaired, and again provide a fair price. Two months later and everything continues to runs great.

+ -1 moreIncident happened on a Saturday night. Determined that my regular company doesn't offer after-hours service. Called Dalltex as I had previous experience with them. They do offer after-hours service. He asked which units of the system were working so he could bring the parts he thought were needed. He arrived promptly. Quickly determined the problems and that he had the necessary parts. Worked quickly to make repairs. System is operating properly.
Description of Work: Replaced air conditioning condenser fan motor and compressor run capacitor. Added freon. Washed condenser coil.
