I wanted them to do a little more trimming and they didn't.

Well. Work was done while as qork. Came home and paid the invoice online. Smooth operation.

Excellent service. My pear tree died in the middle of July. A front & center curb appeal focal point. The tree was removed, grinded down so visually you wouldn't even have known it was there. They cleaned all debris from the yard and fairly priced. Highly recommend

Everything went fine. They were there everyday.

We bought wood for 2015. They told us a couple of times that they would be here and they weren't. I don't mind that as long as they call me. They were lax on their follow-up. I feel that they were sub-contracting it out because, even though they responded to my questions, whoever they were using wasn't very reliable. There's nothing wrong with the wood, it was poor communications. They were competitive, we checked a couple of places and they were all $10 to $15 within each other. I didn't have a problem with the price. The quality is good and they finally got it all rectified. We didn't like some of the wood and they had to replace some of it. It wasn't a problem, and they got it resolved. I've got mixed emotions because, of all the hassle. I'd probably go somewhere else. It had nothing to do with the company. The quality, price, It was the with the brother-in-law they were using. The communication with Dallas Tree Pro was fine, even though they sub-contracted it out, they still had the responsibility.

The firewood was delivered on the date specified. The delivery crew was polite, efficient, and great to deal with. They delivered quality wood which was seasoned. The only minor issue I have is that the wood is a little on the wet side, likely due to record rainfall in North Texas. I would use them again.

Great. The guys came out when they said , did a wonderful job left the site clean and tidy. Can't say enough good things about the service.

The crew showed up right on time, did their work in a timely manner and cleaned up the job site completely. I've already scheduled them to do some additional trimming of a number of trees.

Had insurance. Broke a bench,less than $200. Refused any responsibility. End. I am no longer a member.

The service was great. They were helpful and informative. The service was impeccable. On site they were very professional, quick, and cleaned up well after the task was done. Compared to other service quotes their quote was more reasonable and it included the stump grinding which we found a lot of services didn't quote us.

They have done a huge amount of work. They were quite good at savings these trees. There was at least 3 men on site for the day who worked at least eight hours each day. I was impressed at how they were able to work so long having done so much work. They were very good, professional, and worked hard. They were out here for several days. We are going to be hiring them again in the future.We would highly recommend them.

It was a great experience. The crew showed up early, worked very quickly and efficiently. When they left the area was clean and all debris was hauled away. Couldn't imagine this job going any better than it did.

These guys were great from the beginning. They were out the very next day to give me an estimate, and then had me on the schedule the next day. The crew got there about 8:45 am and were done after lunch. They cleaned up everything and then some. I was thoroughly impressed.
