They were on it right away with an estimate. They provided good information about following Covid-19 practices and were on-time and professional.

It was very easy to set up an appointment. Initially I had stopped by the office of Dallas Maids for a quick talk. I received an email from which I could select date of service once I knew which day would suit me best. The cost quoted was the same as I had received when I stopped by. A few more emails followed with confirmation, terms of service and reminder. Very professional and I like that. One lady came, arriving a bit early after I was forewarned and agreed to this. She worked extremely hard and the house was left spotless. I had indicated a few surfaces in our living room with precious and fragile items that I preferred to dust myself. My only complaint would be a cleaning product used at least in one bathroom that emitted a very strong smell. Next time I'll offer my own tried and true products and hope that won't cause a problem. I would love to hire Dallas Maids again. They are highly rated for a reason and I'm thrilled that this great company services my part of town.

They did a great job deep cleaning our house - including cleaning the inside of our windows. It looks fabulous!

Dallas Maids is absolutely awesome! I had given up on cleaning services because they left me disappointed. I found myself in a bind and needed cleaning before we had weekend guests. The ladies from Dallas Maids showed up on time and systematically cleaned my home from top to bottom. I have a 4 bedroom / 2 bath house with a game room and I felt the price was very reasonable. I also added for deep cleaning and some extras I am so happy I did. My house sparkles. Every surface was touched. They did such a great job I honestly can't say enough good things. Both ladies were nice and extremely professional. I now feel comfortable that when I need cleaning services I have a company I can count on!

Asked for a quote via Angies List and never heard anything back. I never understand why a company can't say it isn't interested.

It went very well. It was so nice to come home to a clean, sparkling, dust-free house.

The Dallas Maids team got to the house right on time and proceeded to clean every square inch of our home. The maids were fast, efficient and professional. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Services performed as requested. Team seems to be uncomfortable with dogs, and occasionally leaves supplies behind. Team has occasionally taken longer than expected.

Excellent and efficient work. Every room and baths were cleaned expertly. Delphina brought all her own supplies, and the payment transaction was made online without difficulty. I have used this service for at least 6 or 7 years, and have never been disappointed.

Vicky from Dallas Maids cleans our house every other week and does a thorough and good job. She pays attention to detail and is efficient. Vicky is professional and always on time. If I need her to do something different in one of the rooms, she is open to making the change. Thank you for making our house look nice for two about two years!

I use Dallas Maids every two weeks to help keep my home clean. They do a better job than I ever could do. They are professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. My couch is free of dog hair, my HIGH ceiling fans are free of lint, and my difficult to clean bathtub is spotless. Worth the money they cost.

They did an exceptional job! I would use them again! Moving out is always challenging, and they came the morning after I moved out. Needless to say, the house needed a thorough cleaning and some TLC. Reasonably priced for a deep clean with a two-story home. They are really great!

I liked them and they did a good job. They get in and get it done. I haven't had them do my whole house. They just came over and did the bathrooms, kitchen and the moving areas. The price is going to be different for anybody based on what they would be having done. The price is competitive and I have no complaints with it. They were very responsive. I would use them again in the future.

Overall, it was a very bad experience. They are not good to deal with and no one else should have to suffer like we did. A few things were broken and a bleach spot was on the carpet. They made creative stories for the how the items were destroyed. The individual I spoke with was slimy.

They never showed up and no one called to either inform me or apologize on Saturday. I called them 3 times during their open hours on Saturday and never could get a hold of anyone. I finally got a voicemail message on Sunday apologizing for not showing.
