We've used DFW Pest Control for years. They're punctual, efficient, and professional. They will come back any time within the quarter and re-treat if necessary, but that has rarely happened in our case. Ron is the technician that most often comes out to our house; his work is great and his attitude even better. I recommend these guys without reservation.

They've been good! We've used them for several years. They're responsive. They've always been good about say if you had a quarterly service and you see a bug or you have an issue they will come back out and spray for you and try to fix whatever the issue is. We've been happy with them. They've actually found some brown recluse spiders. They've been good about watching for them and if I tell them that we have a problem they go and look at it. They're expensive. They're always on time and even early. When they come they tell you who they are and they are in uniforms and everything.

It went very well. The employee was very professional and throrough. We haven't had any other issues since. They charged for the initial visit and nothing for the warranty visit.

Rip Off quote 2-3 times what two others quoted. $1350.50 for the same service I was quoted $400 to $600 for.

I was originally quoted a much lower price on the phone because of the square footage of my condo is only 750, the quote was for $110, I bill ended up being $140.00, and that was after the exterminator accidentally pulled my towel rack off the wall which then chipped my tub. He apologized but didn't offer to pay for the damage or to give me a discount. There was a 90 day warranty on the treatment, I called because the ants were back in a month and they sent out another tech the same day to spray

I have used DFW Pest Control since 2006. My technician is Byron. He is the best. He is knowledgeable and very professional. He does the job right the first time. He explains exactly what he is doing and why. He comes by every 3 months on a schedule to spray the outside of the house. You can schedule inside spraying if any pests are seen. The contract gives you peace of mind that your home stays pest free. I highly recommend this company but especially this technician. He has done 3 of my houses in the past.

The one guy that comes to our house is very knowledgeable, conscientious, and his name is Tim White. They do everything and spray for pest. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

From the moment their secretary answered the phone, I knew we would be dealing with a professional, courteous company. They sent their service man the same day, and he and my father got along very well. I was even able to speak with and email the service man to get more details of what he had found and the measures he was taking to address our problems. Since I live a long distance from Dallas, this was a considerable comfort to me to know that my father had good rapport with the service man and that the problem was being aggressively addressed. Last week, I was again at my father's home, and I also made an inspection of the premises. I found traps still set with rat bait out but no more signs of rats. At this time, the problem seems to be resolved, and I'm glad we have a contract with the company for regular inspections.

This review is only about an estimate. Sam came to my home on time. He was polite, friendly and courteous. I explained the situation and showed him the termites I had collected and where I had found them. He proceeded outside and began to inspect my property. He inspected both the inside and outside of my home and did not find termites entering my home. He estimated my home at 284 linear ft. When he was finished he gave me a written estimate of $1220 plus tax (this was after a $200 coupon was applied) for the application of Termidor around the exterior of my home, with a price of $243.56 for annual renewal. In the end I elected to go with another company that was about $200 less. The company I went with also found a mud tube of active termites in the back porch area of my home showing termites entering my home in this location.

We have respiratory problems. They come out once a year and open all the outlets in the house and put repellent behind all the switch plates and it really works. They do the yard quarterly. They do not bring any harsh chemicals into the house. It is the most successful pest treatment I have ever had. They do a good job and the technicians are great. They were very prompt, polite and professional. They come when they say they will come. They call ahead of time if they are going to be late.

Ron the owner, promptly came out and did a thorough search of the house. He gave us an estimate and returned the next day with his crew to treat the house. He was professional and very knowledgeable about the treatment and all of the options. We have not seen a return of the termites. He was a delight to work with and we will be using him again for our annual inspections.

I have been using another pest control service for many years. Every other year the termites return. The former pest control service couldn't figure out where or why the termites were entering the house. I got quotes from three different pest control services. I was impressed with the knowledge, and professionalism of Dallas Ft Worth Pest Control. They left the house as neat as they found it. When they cut a hole through the closet to get access to treat plumbing it was covered with a grill. They educated us on how our landscaping was contributing to the termite access because the root structure of the plants would quickly break down the termite killing chemicals. I feel that with their help we finally have a handle on on the termite problem. They did not push for a yearly contract renewal (as did another firm we talked to), but we certainly will be renewing.

I believe that they could do a better job. Although they show up on time, it just seems as though the job is always rushed and is not very thorough. They will come back if you ask them to but I don't feel I should have to do that. I still have them do work for me right now but I am not totally satisfied with them.

The technician arrived to inspect for evidence of termites because a painter suspected termite infestation. Technician confirmed evidence, and left a bid for almost $4000 to treat the house. He claimed that there was debris under the house and no evidence of previous treatment. I declined immediate service and called another company to confirm his findings. The second company found only a handful of debris under the house and obvious evidence of previous treatment. They opined that the evidence noted by the painter was of an old infestation that was not now active and that no treatment was really necessary at this time. However, just to be careful, they offered me preventive treatment for about $500 with a guarantee.

Sam showed up right on time and had the written estimate that we discussed on the phone when I made the appointment. He said I would get a discount not reflected on the estimate because of Angie`s List. He did his work quickly and efficiently and soon was finished. He took extra time to answer several of my questions. When he left there was no bug spray smell, that I have had when others have done this work. A bug free experience.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS ON TIME AND EVEN BROUGHT MY PAPER THAT WAS LYING IN MY YARD UP TO THE FRONT DOOR. HE GREETED ME VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND GOT STRAIGHT TO WORK.
