Everything went well it in the beginning but within 6 months of having the door completed we noticed that on one side of the door rain water was seeping under the paint and the wood was swelling and the paint was chipping on the exterior side. The owner of Dallas Door came to the house and agreed that the work was not done correctly and he had his subs come back and fix the areas that were affected, BUT after the door had been in for about a 2 1/2 years, we noticed that the other door was doing the exact same thing, (Same issue as before on the other side) We contacted him again and his reply was to contact the “warranty” Dept. We placed phone call's to “warranty” and we never received a phone call back. We contacted the owner again, sent pictures through email & and he has not responded in any way. My husband has begun making the repairs himself, but this door replacement cost us $3000 in Aug of 2016 and the work was NOT done correctly. This door is not even 3 years old yet. This is just poor work quality...period!

The door design I requested had to be custom designed and they did an excellent job. The finished product look better than I expected. The service was professional and the installation was timely and professional. I've received several compliments after the first 24 hours!

Beautifully. Sergio was very courteous and professional from start to finish. Came out to measure, talked over what options we had for what we wanted, and Dallas Door Designs made a beautiful door for my home. I am 100% satisfied and will recommend to everyone I know. Our neighbors have all complimented on what a great update it has made to the house.

A day late due to vehicle breakdown but arrived early the next day (Sunday). They were polite, industrious and knew what they were doing.

My experience with them was good. I would give A's for everything.

I called Dallas Door Service on Wednesday, September 3 and spoke with the owner. My door is sticking to the door jam and we discussed getting it fixed. I was told it would be 100 dollars to show up and then anywhere between 25 to another 200 hundred dollars to fix depending on the problem. It was up to me to choose the time and day and they would make it work. We decided on Monday from 1pm to 2pm. Everything was going great until the day of service. At the time and day of service, nobody calls or shows up. Around 3:30pm I finally get a phone call from the owner saying he was sorry that he was in meeting and someone should have called. Then he says that they may be able to get to me later in the week since they are will be in the area and they would discount the fee from 100 to 50 dollars. That was not the right answer. The right answer would have been and quot;we are sorry, we will be out first thing tomorrow morning and again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have causedand quot;. Nope. Their response was, you are small potatoes and we will attempt to fit you in at a later date. We are not sure of the date, but later. At the time of writing, I still have not heard back from the company. I am still not sure if their schedule will work to and quot;fitand quot; me in. Again, bad business. Check your schedule immediately and call your customer back. I cannot attest to their craftsmanship because they did not perform any work, but I feel like they can not handle the workload and they need to work on their customer service skills.

they showed up on time and immediately got to work installing my few items. I love these guys. Joel is the main guy who does the work at my house and he is flawless in his execution. Sergio one of the owners was extremely helpful on my current project coordinating the job schedule etc. and arranging to get my new patio door from the seller. The seller sold us the wrong size door and Sergio is arranging to have it swapped out for us and exchanged since they do a lot of work with them. I truly appreciate this extra bit of customer service. This is the reason I wouldn't refer or use anyone else if I have a door project. These guys ROCK!!!

I called Dallas Door Services to have them stain and install a new front door. Sergio was very responsive and helpful meeting our timelines for the installation. He and his crew did such great work we have purchased five more exterior doors and three more interior doors. I am very surprised I am the first to write a review on his company.
