Greg (Owner) was very patient and helpful as I went through about a month long process of selecting just the right carpet. Very good selection and price ranges on both carpet and pads. I found one carpet sample at Lowe's that I liked but was priced for and only sold at Lowe's. Greg reached out to the manufacturer and was able to get the exact match. I ended up selecting this carpet - the per sq ft was a little less at Lowe's (not much at all), however, the carpet removal, installation, furniture moving, stairs - would each be an add on. At Dallas Carpet Outlet, the carpet removal, installation, furniture moving, and stairs were all included in one low labor cost. Once selected, we scheduled a date for install. The installation crew was here as scheduled, although the carpet itself made a slight deviation. The crew, however, did not miss a beat - on Day 1 they moved furniture as needed, removed and hauled off the old carpet and installed the padding - so all was ready for the carpet install on Day 2. On Day 2, crew arrived around 8:30 am with the new carpet and began (and finished) the install. They moved all furniture as needed to install, moved furniture back in place, and vacuumed after install. The crew did a beautiful job - just perfect! I had been warned me about dings to the baseboards after carpet installation because of the tool used to stretch the carpet - I have yet to see any dings on the baseboards. They were very careful moving the furniture and wanted to make sure all was back where I wanted. The crew was professional, went right to it, knew what they were doing, got it done. I would definitely recommend Greg and his install crew to anyone looking for new carpet!

Price was excellent. Quality was excellent. Installation was excellent; timely, professional and courteous. I would hightly recommend them to anyone and I would defintiely use them again. Owner is very cooperative and knowledgable.

Dallas Carpet Outlet is dependable and reasonable. Their installation service has always been good and they are careful with everything.

I haves used them on multiple occasions and have also purchased flooring from them before. They have special equipment that can really get your rugs clean with out damaging them at all. The prices are not outrageous at all. I like the people and like doing business there.

THEY ARE VERY PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY DO VERY DETAILED WORK, ALMOST LIKE PERFECTIONIST. THE PRICE IS ALSO GOOD.
