Zach helped us upgrade to 4K MoiP video distribution, upgrading from our previous Wyrestorm Matrix. We also massively upgraded the Network infrastructure. Because both Zach and I and my wife have been dissatisfied with the originally installed Apple network, he upgraded the entire network including hardware at cost, which was a savings of close to 12000 dollars. We have been loyal clients for about 7 years now, and Zach's maintenance contract has paid off time and time again- but obviously this time was a remarkable example of taking responsibility for, and honoring the business with us. We greatly appreciate his time, his timeliness, and honesty. We are lifers.

TTG was able to send someone over that was incredibly competent and he got 3 of 4 circuits going. TTG didn't stop there an had another guy come out who was able to troubleshoot the final circuit and get it going.

Mr. Smith of Texas Tech Guru was wonderful. He came to my house to see if my computer could be fixed on site but because of the on/off button was broken it had to be taken back to the shop. The whole process took about couple of days due

Excellent work! On time, professional, worked rapidly with no wasted time (while waiting for some downloads, he set up my Amazon Prime TV access), pleasant, and able to coherently explain what he was doing and why. For the first couple of weeks after the initial visit, I called, texted, emailed fairly frequently as I got used to revised setup and usage parameters. He was always responsive and provided the kind of service one would expect of an in-house IT department. Cost of that first visit totaled about $600, including additional hardware and software brought/installed. Hourly rates eminently reasonable, and monthly package (routine remote maintenance and unlimited phone/tech/remote support) expected to be well worth the $100 that is costing.

Zach arrived on time and set right to work solving my long standing problems w my network. He is professional, on time, and responds extremely quickly to my requests for help. Zach also runs my updates each month so i don't have to on my PC. When I broke my laptop charger he had Dell there the next day to fix it free of charge.

TTG maintains and updates our network. They provide support in cases of network problems. I have never had trouble reaching Zach when I have needed him. He cares about our ability to work. He constantly is thinking farther forward then I am, and often anticipates future needs. He is prepared and plans effectively. We have employed him to cover our work network for the past five years. Smoothly, Zach helped me move my contacts from icloud into exchange, cleaned up my computer and iPhone, got everything syncing and backing up correctly. I was unavailable for the majority of the work- he had my blind trust and proved worthy of it.

He is often able to solve the problem by logging in from his office or home and thus solve the problem immediately--and for less than an actual service call. He will make life so much easier for you!

Zach arrived on time, and had the new machine installed and protected with the parental control equipment he provides within 30 minutes. My son has been glued to the machine since yesterday- his brother is completely jealous, and have a feeling we'll be buying another one soon. Zach has been working with my family for about 4 years now, and has guided us in terms of service provider choices, hardware selection like routers and computers, has done light media work for us employing other contractors when necessary, and is pretty much our one stop shop for our family. He's not the cheapest service provider, but has recently lowered his price per my request- when's the last time you can say that happened with a contractor? Zach really separates himself from the competition by offering a fixed monthly rate for a hardware parental control filter combined with another software filter to keep our boys safe at home on all of their devices- not just iPad minis and iPhone, but on their Xbox and Nintendo DS's too. We look forward to working with him in the future to guide us in the safety necessary to protect our kids on the very unpredictable internet.

Zach came out to install a new printer for us last week. It is a great unit, and performs more reliably than our previous HP Color Laser printer. It took less than an hour, and didn't cost us a penny thanks to the all inclusive maintenance contract.

Be clear about what you want and Texas Tech Guru will make it happen. Don't have an idea of what you want, ask, he can build it or fix it. I think they are easy to work with and do great work. We have worked on defining pricing and warranty details. We have had our computers moved and reset up. We have had computers built. They manage our network. They work to keep our data protected and secure.
