Description of Work: Zach helped replace our old computer, and get everything transferred. Then, he made sure my iphone and ipad were syncing and backing up my photos and what not. HE IS A GODSEND. He makes my life so much easier especially with me in and out of surgeries these past few years. He makes special trips to assist me even when I'm at the hospital recovering. Who does that?

Description of Work: Moved to a new home. Zach coordianted the entire network architecting, with cellular backup, reassembled all of the computer systems, and made cell phone calling possible from the middle of University Park. He continues to support our family for the 7th year now.

Recently helped us port over to a new VOIP phone service provider and set up our phone hardware/system as well. All has gone well. Zach has been Johnny-on-the-spot with support and details and help whenever we need it; after hours, on week-ends; he's been there every step of the way. He's smart, resourceful and professional.
