CROWN POOLS

I purchased my pool from Crown pools two summers ago. I was extremely pleased with the pool itself. The company who installed it (not affiliated with Crown Pools) did a good job. Crown pools helped me get everything started and get the water balanced properly. They have helped me maintain my pool ever since then. Jim is extremely knowledgable about above ground pools and has taken care of my pool for two years. The liner split last year and Crown pools covered all the costs associated with replacing it (including labor for deinstallation and installation of new liner and all chemicals to get it back to where it was before the liner split). They were prompt and extremely helpful. I use them for all my pool supplies and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

THEY REFERRED ME TO AN INDIVIDUAL THAT COULD ASSIST ME WITH MY NEEDS. THEY WERE POLITE AND I HIRED THE REFERRAL TO CLEAN MY POOL. SO FAR, HE HAS COME ONE TIME AND HAS DONE AN ABOVE AVERAGE JOB AT THE GOING RATE.

SOME EMPLOYEES ARE BETTER AT THE JOB THAN OTHERS. THEY ARE RUSHED.

SOMETIMES THEY DO A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS NICE. KIND OF HIGH ON OTHER STUFF.

NICE AND POLITE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT HOW TO KEEP POOL CLEAN. GAVE US NECESSITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES TO MAINTAIN THE POOL IN GOOD CONDITION.

EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. INITIAL PURCHASE WAS WITH OWNER OF COMPANY. THE STAFF AT CROWN POOLS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS. CURRENTLY HAVE AN ONGOING STATUS WITH THIS COMPANY PURCHASING CHEMICALS, WATER TESTING, ETC. JIM WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GETTING US STARTED. POOL INSTALLATION COMPANY DOES NOT TURN ON THE PUMP. IT WAS HELPFUL TO HAVE AN EXPERIENCED POOL PERSON TO CHECK THINGS OUT AND PROVIDE NEEDED HANDS-ON HELPFUL ADVICE, ETC.
