I have used Crosstown on multiple occasions for my home foundation inspection. Further, they were the recommended engineering firm for my pre and post foundation lift inspections. The inspector was professionally, friendly and offered valuable tips as to when cosmetic repairs it is should be made and how long to allow concrete piers to settle.

Adam and his team did a great job. Very professional and answered all my questions quickly. I asked a lot of questions. I compared two other quotes and Crosstown was by far the best. Thank you!!

We hired Crosstown for a foundation inspection of our home. Crosstown sent out a representative, Daniel, to do the inspection. The report was turned around quickly at least. Daniel completed the work, although he was very rude and condescending. We were then given a engineering report stamped by Adam Green, someone that had never stepped into our house. I'm curious to know what credentials Daniel has. Overall, this was a poor service.

Very professional and quick turnaround on report

Josh was timely, polite, explained what he was doing the entire examination. He completed his on-site work in less than one hour and had a complete structural plan emailed back to me within three hours. Thanks Josh for your hard work.

Mark ( the engineer ) performed 2 in-depth tests on my foundation to find where the beams were and figure out what was going on with my foundation. It took under 1 hr to test and then got the full report of the results later in an email to give to the foundation repair company that worked on my house previously. Mark was friendly , polite, professional, fast, through, and explained what he was doing. Very pleased with his work . Not the result, but that is my problem. However now I know exactly the problem and what to do about it. So thank you Mark! Excellent work!

Very responsive. The engineer who came out was personable and professional. He seemed to care about the job but also about our personal needs and comfort. They provided the written report timely. I highly recommend this company.

My engineer was thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. He spent over an hour and a half inspecting my foundation and performing tests to ensure it was structurally sound. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

Jeff Nipper took his time getting altimeter obsrvations. He answered my questions and was considerate going in and out of my home. Parts of the report were off-the-rack CYA verbiage, but overall it responded to my concerns. I have a query pending about possible contractors the company has found reliable in remediation of the problems here.
