+ -1 moreTHEY TOOK A WHILE TO FIX IT. I FOUND SOMEBODY TO DO IT QUICKER. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM. THEY ARE JUST VERY BUSY. THEIR PRICES WEREN'T SUPER HIGH BUT THEY WEREN'T CHEAP. THEY TOOK MY COMPUTER IN RIGHT AWAY.

+ -1 moreI WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP WITH THEIR COMPUTER. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY GAVE ME A FREE PRICE QUOTE AND STAYED WITH THAT PRICE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL IF IT WAS GOING TO BE MORE BUT IT WASN'T.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE HARD DRIVE IN MY COMPUTER AND RAN DIAGNOSTIC TESTS.

+ -1 moreTHEY DO NOT CHARGE FOR INSTALLATION IF ITEM IS PURCHASED FROM THEIR STORE. INITIALLY THEY THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL DRIVE, BUT THEY FOUND AN ALTERNATIVE WAY. WORK WAS DONE IN ORDER IT WAS RECEIVED.
Description of Work: PURCHASED A NEW CD-ROM DRIVE AND HAD IT INSTALLED.
