They expect pay just because they show up. Spend your money elsewhere. Horrible quality of work.

The first day (Saturday), a gentleman showed up to prep the pool and he could not speak English, nor communicate with me. He did not know about the concrete grout repairs on the waterfall and spa. I telephoned Mr. Aradillas and he told me he had gone out of town and would call me Monday. He did not. A crew of men showed up on Monday and I had them prep the grout and the waterfall features, but when the plastered, then regrouted with concrete, they covered up the pipes to the waterfall, and thus clogged up the pvc pipes. I phoned the owner--who had never shown up during any phase of the work--and he said he would call me the following week and send someone out to repair. He never called. I called him the following week and he said he was busy and would call me the following day. He never called. I then phoned the following week and threatened to sue him and he told me to "do whatever I wanted." I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, who did nothing. My attorney is going to file suit in small claims court. He never came to see the work or attempt to repair my pool. The waterfall hasn't worked since August and I could not enjoy my pool. Avoid this guy if you want a professional job, in my opinion.
