Description of Work: I have used them three times now. I had a big leak underneath my pipe under the house. He was really nice. They can make Saturday morning appointments and I like that they are family owned. They take into account their client base which is what they have done for me twice. They are very responsive.

Description of Work: They found the problem with the water leak and stopped it. It was coming from refrigerator so had to call frigerator people to fix the frige. I called Cody later for a spring A/C tuneup and that went well. I really like them and will use again when needed.

Description of Work: Our neighbor ran over our gas meter. It seemed like within seconds the city pulled the meter, turned off our gas (not in that order), and left behind a note with vague directions. We have never used a plumber and tried Cody and Sons. The experience was a good one. They came out to quote the same day as called, repaired the next day and we were inspected the day after that. Cody & Sons were familiar with the area and handled all of the city contacts directly.
