Description of Work: I had 2 bathtubs and 2 sinks that were draining slow, the two guys who came out were on time, did great work and were done inside of an hour. Glad I used them and will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted Cody & Sons for an estimate on removal of a water softening unit that had become defective, and it didn't make sense for me to replace it. Since the unit was connected to the main water line of my home, getting a professional to complete the removal was necessary. Upon reaching out, Cody & Sons responded to me same day, setup the estimate, and sent the estimate over to me the same day it was completed. They honored the $25 Angie's List discount, and the estimate was quite a bit les than the other two estimates I received. Plumber finished other appointments earlier than expected, so when I arrived home to meet them within the two hour window, they were already done! Great service, great pricing, if I weren't moving out of the DFW area, I would MOST CERTAINLY call Cody & Sons for all of my plumbing needs from now on!

Description of Work: I will call these guys again. I had several annoying little issues with bathroom sink faucets and my garbage disposal. They fixed them all and they're all still working. I called their office and they were able to come the next day. They arrived when they said they would and called me when they were on the way. I highly recommend this business.

Description of Work: They went to a 4-plex that I own off Oak Lawn. The did a summer check up on the HVAC systems at 3 of the a/c units. I thought they were very thorough in their inspection and did not rush. All went well and I will call them again for the winter check.

Description of Work: First job went well, had to replace a connection under the slab...all went well. After that, we needed a home inspection for insurance reasons. Long story short, they tried to tell us our psi was 10, which would really provide next to no water pressure and we had plenty. They wanted to dig up the yard to search for the leak which wasn't there. I purchased my own psi gauge, also had the city come and test it..we both had 60 psi. Cody & Son filled out the paperwork as they should have and called it good. I think they saw my 71 year old mother as a money source, glad I was there to end the line of bull they were feeding her. Description of Work: I have a low water pressure issue in my house. Cody & Sons came out to investigate the cause of the issue. They determined that the cause was low flow feeding in from the city. Cody's only suggestion to fix the issue was to contact the city. They said they would take the lead on doing this and keep me apprised of the progress. I never got an update from them after this, but ended up submitting a request for service with the city myself. Was a little frustrating to be charged $85 simply to be told that there was nothing to be done, but this did not necessarily seem out of line with market rates. | |The guys who came to my house showed up on time and were courteous.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly and were very efficient checking my outside unit and cleaning and oiling and getting the coolant up to level! They even checked out the furnace and did some updates there too! Awesome job.

Description of Work: Required a new control board on a furnace/air conditioner because the blower would not come on. He fixed the problem quickly and flushed out drain line that had become clogged with algae.

Description of Work: I could tell the rep was very experienced. He was able to diagnose my AC issue as the thermostat within minutes. We replaced the thermostat and it's been working great since.

Description of Work: They installed new fan/lights in the bathroom.
