This company is now our go to plumbing company.

I called inmiddle of the afternoon and on Thursday and was given an appointment on the next Tuesday (Labor Day weekend). Before the afternoon was over, I got a call saying there was a cancellation for the next morning at 9. This was appreciated. Arrived on time and listened to my explanation of what has been happening. Immediately determined the cause of the problem and remedied it. I asked about another concern. He looked at it and I decided to fix it later. Job complete in thirty minutes. Personnel of this company have been out twice before and it was decided that nothing needed to be done. I was not charged either time. Everyone I have dealt with at Cody and Sons have been knowledgble and professional.

Aaron called to let me know exactly when he would be arriving, and he was helpful and professional throughout the service call. He offered helpful suggestions to insure our HVAC system would continue working well.

I highly recommend Cody and Sons for AC work. They were transparent (discussed all the options and were clear about pricing), professional, and responsible. Initially I had planned to go with another company, as they quoted me quite a lot less, but as I worked through all the details I flipped back to Cody and Sons as it was clear the quality would be better. Mark and Cameron did a great job replacing my water heaters. They kept with the schedule they promised, doing so much work in a short time frame. They were very clean while working and then made sure to clean up before leaving. They took time to answer all my questions and explain everything to me. Very polite. Everything looks great and is working great. Best plumbing company I have found in DFW.

James M., our plumber, arrived promptly and worked quickly, quietly, and efficiently. The drain obstruction was cleared pronto. Almost as importantly, the sink and the entryway were cleaner when he left than when he entered. We've used Cody & Sons on and off for the past five years or so. Any time we've called on them, they've arrived promptly and done the job professionally without fuss.

They did a wonderful job, removed any dust or debris from the floors, left the dryer working better than it has in a while. I'm breathing better. Very efficient and professional. Others may advertise lower rates but quality from a firm you can trust is worth a lot. Our son who lives in Houston has recently had air ducts cleaned and the price was comparable.

Very professional. After the work was completed I was sent details of the problems and suggestions for any others problems that might occur in the future. Robin was very kind and professional on the phone to make sure everything met the standard of satisfaction.

I installed a new ecobee thermostat but had wired it wrong. Cody and Sons came out, identified the issue, and had it fixed in a matter of minutes. The technician then stayed and explained all about the heating system. I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but the technician was friendly, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Cody & Sons went above and beyond in their customer service, communication, and fair pricing. We had a stoppage and immediately reached out to a different service through our home warranty that wanted to charge us double the price for a service they were not even sure was going to work. Cody & Sons clearly explained the possible reasons for the stoppage and were able to fix it for almost half of what the other guys tried to charge us. I can’t thank them enough!

Cody & Sons were hired to perform a full water heater descaling. Overall, there were just no negatives about working with them. They had a very fair price, their bid and scope of work was very thorough and clearly laid out, they are very responsive to communication and were able to schedule our project quickly. Once here, Cody and Trevor were friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Part of the work had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (not due to Cody & Sons), but they were very honest, helpful and timely about completing the project once all necessary components were in place. They made sure to come back and check that things inside worked properly before they left. The company owner went on the roof himself to inspect and he was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their work and components compared to other heaters worked on by other companies. Overall, I give them a million thumbs up and recommend the work of Cody and Trevor if you can get it!

He was honest up front on what needed to be done. He ended up doing other work and is returning to finish up on a quote.

The service call went well. The older of our two 50 gal. water heaters was leaking and needed to be replaced. Since we really only need one water heater now, I asked them to bypass the older one and move the circulation pump to the newer one. They did everything I asked, plus drained the old water heater and removed leaked water from the drip pan. They left a reasonable estimate to replace the older water heater if we choose to do so. They were friendly, courteous and professional. The cost of the work today seemed very reasonable and ended up being less than the initial estimate. Based on my experience today, I would recommend them and will call them again for any future plumbing issues.
